I've ordered items a couple of times and their service has been absolutely flawless, quality products and speedy service. A real pleasure to deal with, particularly Andrew. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Over 2 weeks now waiting for my order. Tracking info is still showing same thing. Emailed twice and both times been told sorry for delay, that’s it. But no information of deliver date , nothing. No explanation why over 2 weeks I’m now waiting for my item. There’s not even info on who/ what company is the courier. Will not order from this place again. I want my refund

I purchased some Carhartt beanies. Prior to receiving them I emailed them with a query which was responded to by Andrew who struck me as an absolute Gentleman.
Received my order during advertised timescales and am very happy with the product.
I would absolutely recommend this business and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in future.

I got the Carhartt j140 jacket (black) and I just received it but the material looks shiny for some reason I'm confused if this is legit or not and I don't know what to do because I heard refunding with them is terrible.

Someone tell me if every item legit and why is the material having a weird shiny look to it

Great prices on Carhartt. Realised delivery might take longer (ordered to be sent to address where I was staying for a week) so emailed and they delivered to my home address following my instructions. Email replies are prompt and helpful. Postage takes a little longer than buying direct from Carhartt as some items need to be obtained from European warehouse. For the prices (slightly cheaper in many cases), it’s worth the wait. Great range of products are available.
They use Royal Mail, which is more reliable. I live in a large block of flats and couriers have a habit of dumping parcels at the communal gate, meaning some go astray. Items are well packaged. My only criticism would be that perhaps there is more sustainable packaging they could use.
Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

They responded to my concerns regarding negative reviews on Trustpilot and they expedited my delivery. Return of a large order was also straightforwards. Thanks.

Bought a pair of Carhatt Jeans from this company on 23 Feb 24.

Expensive jeans that I used for social purposes only, by the 31 Dec 24 the material was worn out to the point you can see my bottom through the remaining material.

As things beyond the 6 month point neither Carhartt nor RuffnTuff were included to do anything about the matter. Indeed they believe: ‘The structural integrity of the garment has not been affected, and they are without doubt still fit for purpose.’ Never mind the fact that you can see my flesh through them!

Take your money elsewhere and avoid Carhartt on the way!

I placed an order with ruff n tuff on the 9th of December, firstly I received no order confirmation or order number so I emailed to find out the information, it took nearly a week to get a reply. Then I received an email over a fortnight later saying my order was with the delivery company, fast forward to a month since the order was placed and 2 emails that weren't replied to I have emailed again and finally had a reply to say the order isn't going to be delivered and I can either have a refund or replace it with something else.
The customer service has been horrendous, most of the time you don't even get a reply.

Brilliant service, lovely people to deal with.

Great product, I brought the Wylie carhartt boots. The best price I’ve seen around ordered Thursday evening and delivered on Monday morning! Will be back

Ordered 2 tops, paid on PayPal. No confirmation email which I thought was strange. Sent an email with no response. Tried to call and it rang out. The £31 was taken on the day. I Opened a dispute with PayPal who only refunded the cost of the items and not the postage or VAT. I know it’s only a small amount but I’m £8.00 down. Avoid this company.

Bought a selection of long and short sleeve tops from the sale. Fantastic quality as ever, great price and prompt delivery.

Not great, ordered two boiler suits for work in two sizes. Returned one and noticed weeks later that I hadn’t received the refund for the returned pair. Shouldn’t have to ask for your money back 😟

Quality clothing at great prices.
Delivery is disappointing,at 10 days (7 days to get from Europe to the UK). But it is clearly stated in the delivery information, so shouldn't complain really.
Everything else very satisfactory.

Didn't receive order, I received the refund no problem but they've sold my details on as now I get constant spam txt messages, one from my mum with her new number and she's been dead 13 years , stay away from this company.

I ordered the fleece pullover a little too late so that it would arrive before my holidays. When I realised I emailed Ruf N Tuff asking if there was any chance to get it before the weekend. They answered within a couple of hours and offered me the same jumper but in a different colour which was available in the UK warehouse but on the website cost double the price. Luckily I was informed that I didn't have to pay the difference. I really liked that colour so I asked for an exchange. It was sent to me right away and I received it next day. I had sms and email from APC (courier company) so I knew where was the parcel and when it should arrive. I had a great experience and will be using this shop again
