Great company to deal with
Orders always arrive within a few days & if the item isn’t something that fits or just doesn’t suit you, returns are easy & refunds very prompt. On the odd occasion I’ve needed to speak to customer services, they are very friendly & efficient

Good variety.
Always cater to my size and have a good variety. Fast delivery from ordering to delivery. No problem if I need to return something.
If it fits Nellie I know it will fit me. Easy to follow website, which includes a lot of information about each item.

Disappointing Product
Service from this Company is always perfect. Very disappointed with the black magic trousers I purchased on this occasion. I have four pairs to compare them with and this pair, despite my ordering exactly the same size, were narrower in the leg and slightly shorter which was very obvious when I first put them on. Clearly they have less material in. These trousers are a staple in my wardrobe but I’m not sure they will continue to be so in future!
