Royal Routes UK Anmeldelser

First time I've used royal routes and can honestly say so far I'm very impressed! Clara managed to get me a great quote for the holiday experience i was looking for, much better than any i could find on my own! Nice any easy booking through them so far. Think this is definitely a service i would recommend and use again. Only reason 4 star is holiday is not yet completed.

Hazel is such a professional at what he does. Very polite and detailed. I appreciate the service he provided and his patience throughout the consultation process

I booked through WhatsApp with Hazel and she couldnt have been more helpful. As this was an Xmas present to disneyland for my kids I asked ALOT of questions constantly asked her to check different airports etc for price reasons and it was never too much trouble for her. Very happy with the service and price. Highly recommend

Just booked Disney for myself and little girls, was an easy process with great prices. Clara was friendly and more then happy to help look through different dates

I've booked holidays with Royal Routes UK twice. This time, I dealt with Dexter, who was very helpful and patient with all my concerns. As always, he was very helpful, gentle, kind, and always the first to support all my inquiries. They are friendly and professional. I recommend them 100%.

Dexter helped us plan our Disneyland Paris trip. We have just come back from our trip and had an amazing time. He answered all our questions patiently during the booking process and provided good guidance which helped us plan a successful trip!

Such an easy process and Clara was on hand to answer any questions and make any adjustments. Couldn’t beat the price no matter which way I tried - so excited for our break. Thank you to Clara who has assisted us brilliantly every step of the way.

Clara was so helpful and very patient as l had numerous questions about a trip prior to booking. Clara came back each time with answers and in a prompt manner making the booking process very easy and straightforward.
I would definitely use Royal Routes UK again as very impressed by Clara's excellent customer service so far.

Absolutely first class .the agent Clara who was attending to my booking was ever so helpfull and was happy to answer any questions I had asked.would definitely use royal routes again.i would like to thank Clara so much for her assistance.

Excellent Service. Very accommodating in what I was looking for. Great price. All went smoothly. Thank you Hazel. First class service. Am really looking forward to my trip to Disneyland with my daughter😊

We recently booked our Disneyland Paris trip through Hazel, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Hazel was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. She took all the stress out of planning and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Most importantly, Hazel helped make my daughter's dream come true. Seeing the excitement and joy on her face was absolutely priceless, and it wouldn't have been possible without Hazel's help. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organized, giving us complete peace of mind and allowing us to focus on making magical family memories.

Thank you, Hazel, for creating such a special experience for our family. We will cherish these memories forever and would not hesitate to book with you again in the future

Great for booking, awful when it’s time to travel. Most of the positive reviews are just about booking with Royal Routes very few come after the trip. Why? Because once the trip starts, everything falls apart. The hotel isn’t the one they promised, the complimentary extras never show up, and the whole itinerary is a mess. Try to contact them for help? They take ages to reply. I also tried to find their office in London but no luck. This company pretends to be UK based, but it clearly isn’t. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Wilfred was amazing in helping us book disney land Paris 27. He provided excellent customer service and helped answer any of our questions was a joy working with him. Many thanks Keiran

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Royal Routes for helping me to plan and book my holiday to Thailand. Initially I had great service from Nora and then Dexter. Both were very professional and very helpful. T hey booked my flights and hotels and managed to rearrange my flights when the itinerary changed. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Dexter at Royal Routes in the future. I had a fantastic holiday.

Well what can I say! AMAZING 🤩
Remarkable customer service from Dexter, nothing was an issue for him to amend the quote a couple of times, adding people and rooms. He was so professional polite and very helpful. No stress whatsoever and now all booked up for a wedding in Thailand
I can’t wait to share the experience of the hotels and transfers once I’m back and 💯 I will be letting family and friends book any holidays from ROYAL ROUTES UK

Eric was very helpful nothing was too much trouble ..has spent alot of time finding me my perfect holiday....thank you Eric excellent service from start to finish

Booked Disneyland with Dexter today.. he was so helpful with everything
I would highly recommend

Eric has been amazing . very helpful and any problems I had it got sorted straight away .

Everything they promised was false. Claimed we'd get private transfers never showed up. Said we'd have 24/7 support nobody answered calls or messages. The itinerary they sent was completely made up; half the tours didn't exist. They also charged hidden fees after we paid the "low deposit." When we complained, they blocked us. Don't fall for their lies.
