I placed my order and paid fully in April to date no delivery. am disappointed.

Avoid this company like plague. 5 months down the lane, no delivery. After asking for refund, you are told 3months and I don't know if they will refund

I think every Kenyan planning to buy building materials should avoid this company at all costs. Worst customer service, delayed deliveries, and overall frastruations. it is now 6 months I have not received my order.

It is the worst company and I have had experience with it. Trying to build my mom a house and it has taken 4 months and not gotten the mabatis. The promises are not going anywhere sooo, am trying to see what I can do coz the rains are too much and am wondering if you can’t do what you claim to do why TAKE THE MONEY???????? Very discouraging company ever came across. Avoid them as much as you can.

Royal mabati factory customer care sounds like cons.beware.

I made an order in kisii branch on date 27 April upto now i have not received mabati yet, they keep on giving false promises and fake excuses that they don't have that colour, Mara hakuna gauge 30. No materials, again on there Facebook fan page, they keep on deleting those who talk negative about them. Currently I can't access them on phone calls since they blocked me

This company is the worst of all. Took them two months to deliver my order. This is after making visits to their headquarters and endless calls which at times went unanswered. The customer service people are unfriendly and honesty is lacking. They keep on promising delivery week after week. The person managing he company's digital presence deletes negative comments immediately they are posted. Only positive ones and inquiries are left. What company is this that do not embrace the good and the bad? I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this company...

I came across their adverts. Got interested. Made inquiry. Was informed if i ordered and paid, i would receive roofing materials in 7-14 days. I paid on 02/05/2021. To date I have not received my order. Very many excuses and changing dates. We realized we're many and have formed a WhatsApp group named Frustrated Royal Customers to share our experiences. This company has frustrated customers from across Kenya. It's taken some going to their offices to demand for their orders. Some have threatened to sue. The worst is that it gets to a time when they don't take calls. Any negative comments one makes on their Facebook page is immediately deleted. Some customers have been blacklisted on FB. This company behave like cons. Up to now they're still taking orders yet they have not supplied whats been paid. No one should ever deal with this company. My project has been wasting away for exposure to the elements, am behind schedule coz of them, incurring extra costs. Customer beware!!! These people are just con men...

I ordered mabati on 17th March 2021 and made all payment same day, it's now three months they haven't delivered. They are always saying they have shortage of materials. My house has been rained on and am now counting losses

This is an advice to any customer who is planning to order anything from royal mabati. It is the worst company i have ever encountered in my life it is incompitent, untrustworthy, lacks integrity, poor customer service, late deliveries with low quality products and dont give a damn about customers. They will take your more and then fail to deliver you product and when you try to communicate they will ignore your calls and message. And don't forget if you apply for a refund you will have to wait for the longest period i have ever heard 2 months. Please avoid the company at all cost.

I bought mabati from this company,yesterday they delivered but the driver declined to reach the site when he was 300 metres away. He went back to mlolongo with my mabati. I have to hire a vehicle to collect from their factory.I advise anybody who intends to deal with this company to be prepaid for serious incoviniences. Most poor Company from its policy to execution.

This is the worst company that you can trust. I ordered my mabati on 17th October 2020 and I was promised that my order would be delivered in 7 working days. After payment the story changed that they don’t have the raw materials to produce gauge 28 mabati that I had order so their customer care by the name Nelly 0798977300 requested me to change my order to gauge 30 since that what was available then the extra money that I had paid I was to fill in a form for refund which was to take 60 days I declined that. After calling their call center I was told that the material is available and they have started producing my order which I was happy but since then I haven’t received my mabati they have blocked me on Facebook I can never comment on their page. I have contacted their support requesting to be connected to their manager they have all declined so please avoid royal mabati company at all cost. I am counting losses because I had done the timber work which if they delay more then I will have to redo the whole work again. My Sales person was Jairus 0716638383

My parent made an order worth about 200,000 on 14th July 2020. She was told that the goods will be delivered three days later on a Monday. On the said date, the sales representative that served us refused to pick calls. Their customer service representative in Kisumu was so rude, she should open a kiosk and sell chips. She should not be in an office.
Today, calls to the company are futile as no one can confirm delivery dates. Woodwork is done with No iron sheets to cover it. DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL MABATI.

I made an order from Royal Mabati Company has seen me so frustrated and I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy.This is a factory that Kenyans should avoid like a plague.Here is my encounter.

Before I made an order, I had been in contact with their sales' representative for a month or so discussing the best roofing options they have. On 30th March 2020 after making my choices kf products, I made an order worth 142,922/= ,for ironsheets and other accesories, which I paid in full.From our talk with the company's rep he had never mentioned to me that they would take time to deliver the ironsheets.Suprisingly, on paying I was told i would have to wait for a week for the delivery to be made.It was hard for me since I had already finished timber work but i had to accept.In the meantime, my roofing and ceiling timber were being pounded by heavy rains.

A day before the agreed date of delivering my order(6/3/2020), I asked my bro to call them and ask who would be delivering the consignment to the site.And that's when they casually said that the company was out of raw materials that they needed to make the said sheets.
My other options were to either top up and get a different brand or ask for a refund.I tried to explore the option for a different brand that they said could be available and I got a huge quotation of 1
Ksh.184'000/= , which I declined. Besides, theirvcontact person said that even for that type I would have to wait for some time.

I made a complaint on 7/4/2020 on their facebook wall after I saw them continously advertising ,as available that same ironsheet which they have declined to deliver to me.My complaint was ignored.Minutes Later, after garnering about 5likes and comments, my complaint was deleted.

What baffles me is that they never made a point of informing me on the unaivalability of the material until I called a day before the delivery time promise.There was no official call or apology on the same, their rep has totally become cold and so are those we are talking to in the office.

Now, the option I am being given is to present myself in the office and fill a refund form and that same refund will take 60-90 days.This is in total disregard to the risk of me loosing my timber worth 400,000/=, which is now being rained on day in day out.
Who will stop Royal Mabati from fleecing the Kenyan Consumer.
