Update: Customer service reached out to me, reported that my order, Luxor Baby Bath Seat with Thermostat & Safety, was lost in shipping and there’s no more in stock at the moment.
It happens.
My refund will issue and hopefully I’ll receive the product as stated.
At that point, I will be more than happy to update the review again.

I purchased the Luxor's Baby Bath Seat...
I purchased the Luxor's Baby Bath Seat with Wireless Thermometer and Safety on 8/16/2025. I still haven't received the product, even though the company charged my bank account.
When I tried looking into my order, the company said they don't have my Order # on file.
I will never order anything from this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

A trustworthy business that needs to work on better packaging and delivery.

The laundry bags arrived pretty quick. Absolutely love the quality. Totally worth the price.

Shout out to Royale Basic for their donation of 5 stainless steel weed removers to the PVLC Garden Group. I was truly amazed at how efficiently they performed with very little effort. I highly recommend .

A good company that are very helpful and actually honest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the set of 5 neutral claw clips from Nordic Peace. The colors are soft, earthy and modern — perfect for anyone who loves a minimal, effortless look. Each clip feels lightweight but holds my hair securely throughout the day without slipping or pulling. They are re ideal for half-up styles or casual updos. This 5-piece set of neutral hair claw clips is a must-have for those who love understated elegance.

Customer care excellent. Received my product a few hrs late which they acknowledged first and they gave a discount off next purchase. Shows they’re on the ball and want things running smoothly.

From the get go this company has shown exceptional service and professionalism. Made a purchase and had an issue initially with it. Contacted the team and they were on it immediately. Got the issue sorted. Top class in every aspect of their work. So unusual in the world we live in today! Many thanks again for all your efforts.

The product I purchased was, unfortunately, not as I expected but the customer service was fantastic; communicative, responsive, resolution oriented. The item I purchased was not the quality expected for the price paid but I couldn’t fault my customer service experience one bit.

Had an issue with a product I ordered (not the fault of the company). I was very impressed with the efforts they made to resolve the situation in a timely fashion. Their customer service was first-rate and they provided me with a full refund. Good job!

The product was a disappointment. It did not look like the photo. Overpriced for the quality.

Royale Basic provided excellent customer service to resolve an issue regarding my order, which unfortunately could not be fulfilled, and provided a full refund as well as taking the action needed to resolve the root cause.

The product I ordered arrived but did not match the description. After a couple of emails, Royale Basic sorted out my complaint and offered a generous discount and refund. Customer service was great.

the order was never filled. was told it was held up and then lost in shipping then was informed of my refund and was told the product would be sent free of charge, as of today nothing yet. will not recommend royal basics to anyone.

Product was defective. It was nothing like what was advertised. Horrible experience.

My detailsbhad been hacked into. I live in the UK and I contacted the company letting them know I did not place and order and to cancel.

The company refused to acknowledge what is already a stressful time. Stated they have all my details that match and threatened me with legal action if the order was not paid for! No attempt to help me and understand what I was saying.

I requested a charge back with my bank account and have been refunded however Royale Basic have threatened to take this further if payment is not made!

I have co tacted several companies were my card has been used and all have looked into it and resolved and refunded.

Do better Royale Basic.. I hope you never experience you details being cloned and the stress it brings.

I brought wolf mask and it turn up but was nothing like in the pic, it was cheap rubber one thats on ebay for £10. So I ask to return it for full refund.After poor communication. I received a really nice email from the company. They apologise and was shocked as the mask was nothing like the pic. They offered full refund and said to keep the mask. But the mask is no good as its very cheap version. Its not what I order or shown on the site. They even gone and above and beyond offer full replacement mask when that werewolf mask shown comes in stock.so im hopefully hoping that the mask does come in stock as it looks really good quality and looks life like .This why I ordered it great cosplay mask. Thank you for sorting this orde out.

I search the web for motorcycle goggles for quite some time, I know there's a lot of them out there and I finally found what I liked but it was with a company that I've never heard of Royale Basic, and I liked the price. I decided to take a chance and order them. They were very efficient sending emails Etc. I finally received my product took about a week or so. The quality of the product was outstanding. I really like them when I first opened the box, unfortunately they did not fit, I have large glasses that I wear and the goggles wouldn't fit over the top.
Not sure where to send them back to, I sent an email and a couple of days later I received an unexpected refund. I contacted the company letting them know that I have not sent the goggles back yet, they told me to keep the product and pass along or gift it to somebody. $53.00 refund including shipping. Now!! That's customer service. They were efficient and professional. Thank you Royale Basic.

Had a problem at the start and thought it might be a scan but after contacting royal basic they got back in touch quickly and explained the problem and helped get the product resent straight away, worth waiting for the product and great service from royal basic support group. Thankyou

I had a concern about a phone holder I had purchased and I can't say enough great things about the response and most importantly their urgency to answer my concerns. great customer service and obviously they are people that care.
