I recently purchased both garden and indoor furniture from this company, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their outdoor range is already exceptional—beautifully designed, durable, and clearly built to last—but their new indoor collection is just as stunning.
The quality of the materials and craftsmanship really stands out, with every piece feeling thoughtfully made and stylish without compromising on comfort. It’s rare to find a company that can transition so seamlessly from outdoor to indoor furniture, but they’ve absolutely nailed it.
Customer service was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their products. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

High-quality beautiful garden furniture
I stumbled across this set after seeing it on an influencer’s page and honestly, the photos don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. I went for the high stool bar set and I am absolutely falling in love with it.
From the moment it arrived I could see why it caught my eye. The quality is impressive and it looks incredibly stylish in my garden. The bar height is perfect for entertaining, it gives the whole space a chic, grown-up feel that I wasn’t expecting from garden furniture.
It’s become my favourite spot to sit with a morning coffee or evening drink. If you’re on the fence, just go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Roma corner sofa
Roma corner sofa. Delivered really quickly and is a lovely set. Took 2 hours to build and tricky in places definitely a 2 man job but worth the wait. Table had a few mark and a dent but customer service came back to me straight away and sent another table to replace. Great service. Look forward to the sun making an appearance now to use it!

My experience with Royalcraft was perfect. It was easy to choose and buy my furniture on-line. Delivery was less than a week. The delivery team called me to let me know they were an our away and then 10 minutes after the delivery I was called to ask if the packaging and delivery had been to my satisfaction (it could not have been better). My furniture was easy to put together and I am now enjoying it on my patio. Thank you.

Very quick delivery and good communication on delivery time. Furniture is lovely and very solid
Only suggestion would be to offer an installation and removal of packaging as it took all day to put together and we now have a car full of cardboard

Roma 4 seater rope dining set outdoors
We bought this same product via Wayfair but still royalcraft as badge on chair. I was very disappointed to discover we had to treat this brand new furniture before use when it clearly says on item specifications that it is treated. It came with several, bottles of nail polish type oil with a small brush to treat the whole wood on this product and when you think it costs over a thousand pounds I was very very disappointed. My husband put it together when I was at work and broke up the boxes
otherwise it would have been sent right back. The quality is nice but to treat it on receipt of it…..really

The care requirements for this particular set are outlined within the assembly instructions provided with the product. As the furniture features a PU-coated finish, this offers added protection however it does require occasional top-ups and treating with a hardwood furniture oil once or twice a year (typically spring and autumn).
