Great products. Going to see a red, white, and blue set of American flags. Very comfortable to wear and the quality is great. Customer service was awesome too, they sent me a free replacement to fix my mistake in getting the wrong band first.

I love their products and customer service. Will definitely buy from again.

Great product, good customer service
Good deal

Thank you

Great customer service, reply was quick.

Excellent Customer Service…very pleased with product and confident that it will last much longer than braided Leather Bracelets.

Great customer service and product!

Best customer service,brackets are amazing.

Had an issue with a bracelet. Resolved very quickly with excellent customer service.

Awesome. I received a product that arrived broken from shipping. It was not simply replaced, a nice gift was sent along with! I will be a FOREVER customer.

Really exceptional service and quality. I use their wallet and have a bracelet that my wife bought me and I have enjoyed the quality so much I’ve started buying their products for gifts. My son now has a wallet and recently ordered one for a friend. When I concerned about receiving it on time for his birthday I reached out and Rowdy Parrot ensured faster shipping, took care of everything and sent me a new bracelet just because! Excellent stuff I’ll continue to support and promote!

Flaw in my original order but was corrected appropriately...good customer experience

Wonderful experience! The last purchase we had made from Amazon but I wanted to make sure we were directly giving our money to the source so we purchased from the website and had a great experience from the bracelets themselves to the superior customer service provided. 10/10 would recommend!

I appreciate the over-the-top service. I asked for a spacer to extend my too small bracelet. When I received it, additional gifts were added just as an act of kindness. Thank you Rowdy Parrot.

I’m very pleased with the style & quality of the Spartan bracelet. Through fault of my own, I experienced a problem and reached out to customer support to inquire about repair. They immediately responded and offered to replace my bracelet. Wonderful customer service!!

The bracelets they offer are very fitting to risks of all sizes. My wrist are quite small so I have a difficult time wearing watches or thicker bracelets, but Rowdy Parrot has bracelets that look great and are comfortable to wear. be careful though, my bracelet snapped only after a month fastening it to my wrists. However, the owner was kind enough to replace my broken bracelet for free with the lifetime warranty they offer. Be careful to not overuse your bracelet and other silicone items they may offer, as they break with abuse. It took almost a month for my replacement to ship, so just know that if you ever get a replacement, it may take a while to receive, but I got two bracelets which was very awesome of them.

Initial purchase was great. Fast shipping, my son loved his bracelet. We had to reach out to support with an issue several months later, and they were insanely fast at resolving. Amazing customer support, fabulous product. We will definitely purchase again.

They had great communication. Also very easy and simple instructions on what they needed for me to redeem my warranty.

The replacement of my hammerhead bracelet was fast and efficient. Shout out to Rowdy Parrot. And thanks for access to the Ocearch app.

I got a quick response from the owner and I am very satisfied with my product.

This is a beautifully designed bracelet, that looks good and stands up well to daily wear. I have one for myself and subsequently began gifting these to friends. And of course,…….they love them.
I did have one bracelet that broke, Rowdy Parrott replaced the bracelet with only an email.
