Great overall experience

This is THE WORST place to consign
This is THE WORST place to consign, I have had the WORST experience with them, in May I asked for all my items back and they "supposedly" did, I left for Europe for a few weeks and when I returned I was looking for items that were supposedly returned, I go back on their site and my items are their and they have them on layaway, their layaway program is only for a couple of months so they NEVER returned my items and were going to sell them and NOT pay me!!!! I sent an email in June and they told me everything was paid out and IT WAS NOT!!! this is robbery and I will take action!!!!!!!!

I love the bag I purchased. Grateful to have found it and now own it. I have to share once it arrived it wasn’t very clean. It wasn't anything too noticeable at first, but as I examined I realized I had to do an actual deep clean. I pulled dried food, hair, lint, and all sort of build up from what I imagine was from over the years. In was in the pocket and inbetween the lining inside. There were also dried food smeared on the leather inside the pocket. It was gross. For the price I spent on it I was expecting a level of professional cleaning had been done. Because I wanted to keep the bag I was willing to do the work to clean it, but otherwise I would have passed had I known this. I only share this to inform others buyers that if you find something you like just know you might have to put in some elbow grease to get it into presentable condition. Otherwise, overall I had a pleasant purchasing experience hence why I gave it four stars rather than two.
