Paid for gadget insurance for macbook…
Paid for gadget insurance for macbook and after making a claim for a cracked screen they said there was not enough info around the circumstances of the accident and therefore they will not be approving claim. They then cancelled policy. Literally the worst insurance company ever. All positive reviews on trustpilot are for when you sign up....Avoid these people at all costs.

DISHONEST COMPANY THAT WONT HELP IN YOUR TIME OF NEED
Fraudulent company! I have been paying for accidental gadget insurance and then when I claimed for an accident they said there wasn’t enough detail. Provided more detail for them, and then they said I should have taken better care of the product…IT WAS AN ACCIDENT THATS WHAT THE INSURANCE IS THERE FOR!!! I have filed an official complaint because you can’t speak to the claims team on the phone. They hide behind another team. THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FOR WHEN YOU SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT!!! WHEN IT COMES TO ACTUALLY PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE WOEFUL AND FRAUDULENT!

Big warranties/ Row.co.uk Been paying for months for laptop insurance including accidental damage. Laptop screen cracked randomly and i made a claim. They rejected the claim saying i couldnt explain how it happened and when I alluded to the potential cause they said it was reckless. Awful awful company...you cant even speak to them on the phone. I pay for accidental damage and then when accident happens they dont want to pay out. Avoid!!! I AM GOING TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN YOU FRAUDS!

Absolutely awful will be cancelling both my polices and going back to domestic and general takes ages to get a new appliance they offer you a cheap unbranded version of your appliance (which is 80 pounds cheaper then mine currently is )they don't do removal or reconnection despite being told when I took the policy out I could add that on when I made a claim they don't let you choose one like most insurance providers do and they respond one email a day and you can't discuss replacement by phone il be cancelling both polices with them asap for my washer dryer and dishwasher

Horrendous customer service
Currently been waiting for a plumber for 24hrs, I was told the "case" had been accepted at 15:15 yesterday by the 4th person I spoke to ( that's another story).I was advised if I hadn't heard anything after 4hrs to give them a bell . I didn't , I waited until 08:20 this morning , to be told by a 5th different operator that the case hadn't been validated yet , so back to square one .
I have now been waiting over 24 hrs and still no plumber. I would give it serious thoughts before using this company .
P.s can now confirm plumber has been after a remarkable 26hour wait .Tremendous
