I've wanted to buy a FortiGate Enterprise license (FC-10-0091G-809-02-12). Site price was sub $2K, Sales person contacted me with a $2.3K price and 6-8 weeks lead time.

We needed a Cisco swita and twoaruba access points. Ordered them togethr frm routrswitch.com. Having everything on one quote made it easier to get the purchase approved, and I only had one supplier to follow up with.

Did a purchase for Airwave license. No response. Emailing no response. Every time you want contact, have to go to website and chat with employee to get something done. After that finally got my license, they made a mistake in company name. Emailed again, no response… Whatsapp no response… They refused to change it until today. Very unsatisfied and wouldnt recommend to anyone

I gave Andy exact details by text, he just had to type it over.
When I make mistake on my business, Ill correct it, even when that costs some effort or money and not fob the customer off with a crippled company name in his devices

I got a Dell switch for a branch office. The packaging was fine and the serial checked out. Setup was easy, and the VLAN and PoE settings were all good.

I was asked about the customs price.
I didn't understand what they were talking about, so I answered with the lower price.
But it turned out to be a crime called “under-valuation.”
I immediately filed a corrected customs declaration.
I never imagined they would suggest a crime.

Requested quote for items almost a week now and no response.

I asked if the Fortinet APs that they sold could be used in Europe and I was told that they are universal and that there are no restrictions. I order them and when they come it turns out that they are hardcoded to be used in China so I can´t use them.

I have updated the review to 3 stsrs. I got in contact with Router-Switch and they arranged for me to return the products without cost. What you should update is with correct part numbers for the Fortinet APs that include the country code, EU for Europe as an example.

Purchased a smartnet service contract and paid via paypal. I reached out a few days later to get an update and was initially told it would be a few days. Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.

I have had great luck with Router-switch. Now, be aware they are located in Asia, Vietnam, I think, but they have great service and VERY fast shipping. I think they have a US warehouse, because I get items a day after they are shipped. Their prices are excellent, but be warned, they charge a bunch for shipping, but still their price is cheaper than everyone else. Like every place there are shortages, but when they have it in stock, and they often do, they are very quick.

I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".

I tried to order from Router-Switch but the switch I wanted was on BO with a 1 week lead time. Their sales director reached out to ask if I was ok with the lead time so they can proceed with the order. I told them I need it sooner and the lead time would not work for me. I asked that they cancel the order. I ended up buying the switch from another retailer at a couple hundred dollars cheaper. One week later I received the switch from Router Switch. They never cancelled my order an shipped the switch anyways. I tried contacting and emailing the sales director back to no avail. I emailed the rep who sent me the tracking number to no avail. I tried their chat session to no avail. I call their USA phone number multiple times to no avail, it just rings and rings. I cannot reach ANYONE to return this switch and get a refund. I screwed myself on this one. The switch was delivered to me directly from Hong Kong from a HongKong Yejian Technologies Co, Ltd. Definitely a scamming business practice.

Update 10.6.2022:
I finally received a response back and they will credit my account. I was told they were on Holiday for the last 5 days therefore no one was able to get back to me, which I is odd as I was able to reach someone via chat who still couldn't help me during that time. They also claimed they never received my cancellation request and that was why they processed the order. They specifically asked "Kindly confirm if you can accept this lead time? will process the PO accordingly." If they claimed they never received my response, why would they process the order anyways. Unfortunately, I will never order from this vendor again.

Router switch now request withdraw on the review. It took one month to get a reply stating they threw my email in the bin. If this is how a business treats potential customers i can only feel for the replies from others who actually purchaced and then got wall of silence. What is worse no responce or responce telling you you dont matter.

I placed an order for one of their items that they advertised on their website and they charged my PayPal account accordingly. The next day I receive an email from them saying that the price for the item has increased by $100. I replied to their email saying that I want to cancel my order and issue a full refund. They did not reply. I also tried to contact them through their "Live Chat" and they did not reply. I called their US phone number and it just kept ringing without anyone answering. My advice is to stay away from these scammers. Any other professional business would have responded. I will have to contact PayPal next to void the sale and get a refund. Buyer beware!

To be honest, I am not good at technology and I don't know how to select the router. So I searched the product on Google, as well as Amazon. It turns out that the price at Amazon is better. But the problem is they don't provide any technical suggestions. Well...I'm not an expert in this field. So I searched for other suppliers and FINALLY! I found Router-switch.com. From my personal experience....It's a very experienced supplier and their technical support is free, even though I only bought one device.

I ordered 901-R730-WW00 from them and they told me they were in stock. After I paid for them, they sent me an email saying that they are not in stock and that he can exchange them with others. They are a sh.... company that doesn't deserve to buy from them. Don't buy from them!
