Never heard of data protection?
You write a review with your own hidden user name and in a response to your review Ross and Liddell identify you on a public website by name. Never heard of data protection/data breach? Unacceptable. I will be taking this further but in meantime remove my name immediately from your reply please R & L.
With regard to your reply there is nothing wrong with the postal service at my end. Other mail dated 2 and 3 days earlier turned up on same day as yours. Easy to blame someone else. Suggest you investigate your end instead as it is a recurring problem.

Only for this experience with them as normally theyre a nightmare to deal with. But will give Paige the credit here, noticed an issue with a roof tile and Paige has quickly created a ticket and will arrange for someone to repair

Recently has a conversation with Paige within the Repairs team on LiveChat for some advice. Paige was very helpful and, where she needed to get some further details from her colleagues, has promised that I will be informed ASAP. I have found in the past, that all interactions with R+L using LiveChat are dealt with quickly.

Ross and Liddell for Property Management
We have been with Ross and Liddell for a number of years and were very happy with the service, however but over the last two years we have seen a dramatic reduction in the service provided.
We used to have a named property manager who we could contact with issues, but they have changed their system to remove points of contact and now you email and hope...
They have failed to fulfil the actions of minuted meetings and consistently failed to come through with rectifications despite numberous hollow promises.
Best avoided if you want a prompt, effective property management service.
