At the moment of writing this I am in the process of trying to sell my gold back to Rosaland as Ive had my gold for more than 6 years The communication is great when you're buying so let's see what they're like when I sell I Rang Bradley at Rosaland and had no reply so hopefully he's on his hols They do give the impression they don't want to buy the gold back I hope Im wrong . They get 3 stars at the moment I did say to Bradley I wanted to sell in October so they've had plenty of notice as I asked him the start of the year
Thanks GaryDarlison

I have been dealing with Rosland for several years now. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would strongly recommend that you give them a try if you are thinking of investing in gold.

Very straightforward transaction with Jamie from Rosland capital. He was able to provide me with all the necessary information for the transaction I was interested in making, and made sure things went through smoothly. It was all completed in a satisfactory time as well. I have dealt with Rosland now for just over 10 years and won’t hesitate to call them again

My late father bought £50k worth of gold just before he died. Their most recent buy back offer was £24k. How can this be fair if gold has nearly doubled in 5 years?

Payed £2200 for 1oz platinum coin. Was in web site for over a week. Received confirmation by email everything was payed and would be posted. Kate’s same day I received phone call saying they were all sold but I could by alternative coin for £3500. Taking them to trading standards. Breach of contract

Finally received all my gold. Great customer service from ken, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Paying over 125% above the underlying gold value is rarely justified and can leave investors significantly out of pocket from day one. There are far better gold dealers offering transparent pricing, fair buyback terms, and proper customer care.

I always order from this company my husband, an avid coin collector, prefers them above all others. The ordering process is simple, delivery is fast and the coins are always pristine condition.

George made the transaction easy. He explained the process in simple terms and he communicated frequently. I would not hesitate to use Rosland again in the future

You were very helpful when i spoke to one of your representatives the service was truly first-class.

Just received my graded Britannias truly exquisite pieces! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.I especially appreaciated the personal touch when my account manager called to confirm safe delivery. Their communication is excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. professional, efficient, and authentic - they made the whole process feel effortless

Rosland delivered on everything that promised. I couldn't ask for more really happy with the service.

I was initially a bit concerned about how the coins would be delivered, but the entire process turned out to be smooth and secure. Everything arrived safely and exactly as promised.

Great quality gold and excellent service. I'm very happy purchasing my gold from this market.

I’ve noticed how strong gold has been performing recently, and a few friends encouraged me to start holding some physical gold myself. I came across Rosland’s advert and decided to give them a call. Their team walked me through the entire buying and selling process, which gave me a lot of confidence to move forward. They even sent me a great information pack and a quarterly report, which I really appreciated.

Everyone I spoke to at Rosland was knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. I’ve now received my coins and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Thanks, Rosland!

The transaction was great! I got someone on the phone quickly and was very impressed. Thank You

I was very pleased with the buy back service on gold I bought in 2021. I returned the coin and the money with 50% profit was in my account the next day. One word of warning - you do need to allow a good few years for the buy back option to become available (otherwise it would have been five stars)

Based on my personal experience, I would advice caution with ROSLAND I have seen cases where clients paid significant sums for gold and later found resale offers far below purchase price, even when market prices has increased. The sales approach can be HIGH PRESSURE and it's important to research and compare options carefully before committing.

There are more transparent alternatives in the market and it's worth doing your due diligence to ensure you understand pricing, fees, and resale value before investing!

I have been a client with RoslangGold since several months now. My Agent has been very helpful since from the start, clear and professional. He has been updating me on the investment on frequent basis and when I was doing some extra enquiries he was there to help and give all the assurance I needed.
