They took the time to really listen to our storage needs and helped us find the perfect solution for our organisation. Not only were they the most affordable option, but also by far the most helpful. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Great customer service from Roomia manager Jason. He went out of his way to assist our requirements. The Facility was easy to find by being well signed.

Top notch customer service
Friendly and very helpful. Jason was so patient showing us the available containers until we decided on the one we wanted. On the day of the move, I had forgotten where my container was so again, Jason was patient and walked me through. Top notch customer service and the containers are clean.

These plans were lodged prior to Roomia taking over management of the site, and unfortunately, the timing meant we needed to make some changes sooner than we would have liked.
