We’re so glad everything went smoothly from the online setup through to move-in day. Moving can be stressful enough, so it’s great to hear the team could make the process easy and welcoming for you 😊
Pretty good storage place
I stored here for a long time so it was pretty good. Staff were usually helpful and friendly and I never, ever had any issues with my unit or storage. The rates are not bad either. However, there's only one lift to service 2 upper floors, which means it can take a really, really long time to move items in/out. And there's probably not enough trolleys available to move items unless it's quiet. The roller doors are unfortunately automatic, so u can still be moving items and they shut on you or they just don't all open, restricting access if its a little busy. Other than these things though, I would still recommend for storage, just try to go when its quiet.
