Ronan provides me with opportunities to share my experiences in the media industry, And I hope that it helps others. The payment process can be a bit slow, but they do come through. Communication is good.

I did a survey for this company since June , I redeemed my reward in July. On September 1st I was told my reward is on will be paid within the week, it's over 7 days now no reward no reply. I don't think this company should be trusted.

Edit: I received a reply from Ronin about investigating on the payment, I email them it's over 4 days now no positive response.

DO NOT CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY

I was approached by Ronin International last year and agreed to take part in market research with them on 4th May 2024. They promised I would be compensated with £40 Amazon vouchers and assured me I would be contacted afterwards to arrange for these to be sent.

That contact never happened. Despite repeated attempts on my part to reach out, I have still not received the vouchers. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity.

Ronin International operates in a dishonest and fraudulent way. Other people also appear to have experienced the same issue. My advice is simple: steer clear of this company at all costs.

I will also be reporting them to the Market Research Society (MRS) and Trading Standards for investigation.

Excellent and interesting surveys. The payment system is quick and when there are issues it is fairly easy to get in touch and get things sorted out.

The surveys by RONIN are not just interesting, but they are extremely insightful and make you put on your thinking caps. It has been a great experience with RONIN and I look forward to being part of their studies in the future. Btw, I am passionate about Market Research and Ronin gives me that opportunity to connect with the field I have always loved.

Ronin is a wonderful platform to work with — a truly unique data research and data analysis company. From 2021 to 2025, my experience with them has been consistently positive. The people are great, the platform is excellent, and working with Ronin has been both rewarding and enriching

Very bad research web. Don't waste your time guys, ronin not paid anyone who completed the survey. I had an email showing that i got the rewards 35$, but until now the rewards hasn't come yet. Very bad website. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I completed a survey on 19 May 2025 but I received a reward email from Ronin on 23 July, but my reward was not processed when I contacted the Ronin Studies support team. They are saying 'you don't pass quality control'. If I haven't passed quality control, then why do I receive rewards email? If I received a reward email, then why haven't I received payments? Also, when I click on the rewards link it shows rewards already redeemed. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT

I completed a survey and redeemed my reward since July 23, and it's over a month without payment I'm really disappointed. This company are not keeping their promise, I read all the reviews and I'm not the only one whose payment has be held.

Ronin Studies is a scam- stay away from them. They have you respond to their surveys/studies with a promise of an incentive but you may NEVER see that incentive actually getting paid to you. I have been waiting on one since May, logged a complaint more than a month ago, was told my payment will be processed within a month but still nothing! Totally dishonest company- I would not work with them ever again. Stay away!

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. Completed a survey more than 3 months ago and still not been paid. Finally saw a redemption link come through and when I logged into my account, it said its no longer available. Sent multiple messages and emails to the customer support and inquiry and no response. Totally disappointing and horrible experience

Edit 27/8/25 - Had my voucher through after leaving a negative review and going back and forth with their email support. They claim it was due to a technical issue. Updating review to 3 stars.

Had an email through after a couple of months of completing the research. Clicking the 'redeem' link in the email results in a pop up showing that the reward has 'already been redeemed' which it has not.

Tried to contact support multilple times with no reply and no one answers their main telephone line.

Don't waste your time with any market research 'opportunities'.

After completing survey i was told to wait for 6-8 weeks to receive the reward . 8 weeks passed they said study is still open
After another 2 weeks they sent one email to thank you for the contribution and provided me with reward .
I added the reward to ronin account and told to wait for another one month to complete the process to send the reward to my paypal account.
Today I received one email said my payment is declined and i will not receive the reward for the survey I have done.

Customer support is non existent.
To all those who are participating in Ronin study please don't waste your time and effort.
They are scamming .

They don't want to pay .
They sent the reward just to make sure I am busy waiting after one month they declined.

I took part of one of the studies as a respondent in February. They committed to payment in maxiumm 8 weeks, yet we are in August and I'm still waiting to be paid.

Placed order with advance payment, it's been 10 days they havent delivered it and I call them daily, they say we will deliver it tomorrow, never pay them advance, they hold your money and don't deliver the product. The product is good but customer service is beyond pathetic

I completed two surveys, one of them back in May, but I have still not received payment for either. I emailed at the end of July and was told I would be paid within the following week, but the payment never arrived. I followed up again on 10th August and have had no reply since.

On top of this, the second survey I completed isn’t even showing on your portal, which adds to my concern.
I regularly take part in surveys for other companies, and payments are always timely — some are even instant (e.g., NewtonX).

The lack of communication and repeated delays here are unusual and disappointing, and I am starting to lose confidence in the legitimacy of this company.

Easy to do the survey over the phone, great staff to deal with too! Any problems I had on my end with reimbursement were addressed straight away and the team were very happy to help.

Completed a survey almost 4 months ago. No incentive as promised and have been given the run-around through “Customer Care” for weeks and still no payment. Robin has been reported to Linked In but Linked In does nothing to protect its community from scammers.
