Ich wurde mit dem Versprechen einer Umfrage gelockt, bei der ich durch die Teilnahme 30 € erhalten sollte. Das Telefonat dauerte rund zwölf Minuten, und das Ausfüllen des Formulars nochmals etwa fünf Minuten. Am Ende gab es jedoch KEIN GELD – man teilte mir mit, es gäbe bereits genügend Antworten in meiner Kategorie. Reine Zeitverschwendung.

I received an invite to participate in a RONIN-led study through LinkedIn. The study itself was straightforward with no overwhelming time commitment. My one quibble with the process was receiving payment. The company states that they aim to discharge payment within 30 days after you provide your preferred payment method. The payment was made to my PayPal account closer to 40 days after I provided my information. I would recommend the company with the caveat that a little extra patience may be required.

Very polite and friendly onboarding staff. They explain from the beginning that payment can be anywhere from 4 - 6 wks - can be a bit of a long time waiting, but they answer and reassure very well. The research itself was interesting and useful to take part in. Thank you RONIN

I've taken two surveys that both had a few industry specific questions that have been in the back mind for some time.

It was nice to at least have my opinion and thoughts go somewhere and get rewarded for it.

One of the rewards did get delayed a bit, but I just sent a query after some time and I remembered about it and got the reward shortly after.

Wonderful experience with RONIN Studies. Reward Payment was successfully received within time and their Support team is a great customer service oriented one! I would highly recommend them.

Reliable platform as they provide the rewards of promised but need a bit rigorous follow-up for the same. Well recommended..

No payment - waiting the initial month after first contacting them about payment (several months after completing my work) and have been told each time to wait ANOTHER month.

Emails back from them are short and rude, template responses suggesting if I really need help I can wait another month.

Concerned this one is a scam.

Staff have poor attitude - I recently visited Ronin and was disappointed by the customer service experience. The female staff I encountered displayed a poor attitude, coming across as unhelpful and dismissive. Despite my attempts to get assistance and clarify some menu questions, they showed no discretion and respect for their guests whispering amongst themselves whilst staring at our table, not to mention the responses felt curt and indifferent. For a place with such a reputation, I expected a much warmer and more professional interaction. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted my overall experience. Hope management takes note and works on improving staff attitude and customer engagement.

Greetings. I recieved my payout today and it has refelected in my paypal account today. Thanks for the same. I would admit i was a bit skeptic, but i would like to ensure everyone, the payment may be delayed at times, but the system is genuine. In fact the support team was also very very prompt in escalating the slightly delayed payout issue. The person who referred also connected with me on mail to assure me of the same. So overall it has been a great experience and I sincerely look forward to contribute in future as well.

I have been waiting more than 8 weeks for my “reward” or “incentive” after taking my time to fill out a survey in which I am an expert in my field. It has reached the point they are not even responding to my emails about when I can expect my “payment”. Really not impressed with how this has gone.

I have participated in two studies so far and the entire process from initial contact to payment of the reward was professional and very polite. The studies itself, though being totally different from a methodological point of view, appeared thorough, rigorous and absolutely trustworthy. I feel that my data is in good hands.

I have participated with Ronin surveys a few times now and I've never had an issue. Or should I say major issue. A payment took a while to process on the last one, but it was resolved quickly and efferently. The survey's are fun and insightful and I look forward to doing more.

Subject: Pending Payment Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I participated in the survey on June 10, and after three months, I received the link to choose my payment method on September 2. According to the information provided, the payment was supposed to be processed and credited to my PayPal account within one month; however, this has not occurred.

I have already sent several emails requesting clarification, but I have received no response. It has now been more than a month since I selected my payment method, and the payment has still not been credited. I therefore request that my payment be processed immediately and that I be informed of the status of the transaction.
On the RONIN Studies website, it shows that my payment has been pending since September 2. In other words, the deadline they guaranteed for my payment has already passed, and nothing has been processed so far.

Hier werden Online-Studien durchgeführt und Honorare von 35 Euro geboten. Viel Druck wird auf die zeitige Beantwortung aufgebaut. Die Umfragen sind zeitaufwändig. Danach hört man nichts mehr und kein Honorar wird bezahlt.

I would like to revise my earlier opinion regarding the RONIN studies, as I have now received my rewards. I appreciate the resolution and hope that, in the future, the reward transactions will be processed more efficiently to avoid any misunderstanding or doubt.

Good experience and happy to contribute to this research. Does however take some time to receive incentive.

Get contacted to complete survey couple of times.
Payment once claimed, takes a while to process and be sent out if a gift card is claimed and have to chase up. Once ticket is logged, things move.
Tip: Paypal payout seems to be quicker.

At first all is great - clear and completed the work. Payment however has been months in the making and constant follow up with gaslighting to indicate they’ve sent things they didn’t. Yes, I did get paid but will never respond to them again. What a horrible process and longest payment cycle ever.
