I saw Dr Peter this morning, he was so warm & friendly, I found him very easy to talk to, he listened to what I had to say & advised further options of treatment which put my mind at rest. My appointment wasn’t rushed at all, I have visited RMP several times over the years & have been treated exceptionally well, welcomed back like an old friend!

I attended Romsey Medical Practice for a Dermatology Consultation with Dr Ed Gibbons as I knew that waiting for a similar referral through my GP would take a reasonably long time so felt the payment was worth it. The service I received was second to none. Any concerns about my skin have been addressed with a course of action and a prescription. Atmosphere was relaxed and Dr Gibbons gave me a full 30 minute consultation. Really pleased with the advice and the service. Excellent!

Availability of first rate general practitioner services are, of course, available through the NHS to everyone. However, getting access to those services is quite a challenge, and requests for appointments are often greeted with "we are not open for appointment booking until 2 pm" (for example). Then, if you try to book an appointment at, say, 2:10 pm, you are greeted with "no more appointments available today". This actually happened to me, when I sought an appointment for what I considered to be quite an urgent discussion. Somewhat frustrated, I went straight away to Romsey Medical Practice to request an appointment with a GP. Of course, my request was granted right away. And the treatment and follow-up I subsequently received, over several sessions, has been quite exemplary. I am now a very happy patient, with a treatment plan that is tailored exactly to my personal circumstances.

I have total confidence in Emily and Chris, the level of professionalism and clinical care that you get with them is second to none. Despite moving from the area, I still return regularly to visit the practice - because the level of care and professional standard at the practice is exceptional.

The doctor phoned me to follow up on my sinuses after being seen about 2 weeks ago and it was recommended I use sinus rinses/nostril spray. After about 1-1/2 weeks the problem had subsided only to return. The doctor recommended I go to the clinic to see her in person because I was blowing mucus with blood; I was prescribed an antibiotic.

Phoning in for an appointment to see a gp at 9.00a.m.and been offered two, one at 11a.m. and the other at 12 noon is in this day and age amazing. I opted for the 12 noon. That was the time I was seen by the GP . If you have a problem health wise go to this company.

All very efficient and professional. Very reliable.

My visit to Romsey medical was a pleasant experience. Dr Chris was very informative and instilled confidence . He was also very understanding of my irrational fear of needles .
However, unfortunately neither I nor my husband can see any difference at all in my face and feel that I have wasted a not inconsiderable amount of money

I always use Romsey clinic it is has a very relaxing and therapeutic feel, with lovely friendly desk staff.
Rachel always does my Botox top ups she is the sweetest person always makes me feel at ease.
I met Doctor Sally for the first time 2 weeks ago and ended up in tears pouring my heart out about my perimenopausal problems , she was so caring and was determined make me feel myself again.
She put my coil in ( which I was stressing about for a week prior) and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She is so gentle and she really doesn’t realise how much she helps women.😊

I go regularly ( about every 3 months) for treatment. They have been unfailingly good at what they do. The reception is always welcoming with a comfortable waiting area. My practitioner ( a nurse) Emily is always calm and thorough explaining the treatment and what she is doing. We have discussed other treatments but there is no pushy sales activity. It is very much a medical establishment that does aesthetics amongst a wide range of other things.
I would highly recommend.
