Rome Stones  Anmeldelser

A neighbour has used this company for 20 years and recommended them to me. The quote was significantly better than the others I received. I used a branded quartz with the fitting completed 3 working days after the templating. We were very happy with the options available to us , the service , the completed work and the cost.

I recently purchased my kitchen worktops from Rome Stones, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The kitchen worktops absolutely make the overall kitchen appearance come together.

From the very beginning, Farman, the owner, was outstanding. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered expert advice on choosing a worktop that would complement my kitchen units and flooring perfectly. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, which I really appreciated.

The price was very competitive, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. The fitters who came to measure up were efficient, highly professional, and also provided expert advice and practical suggestions to ensure the finished worktops looked their best.

Farman kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew the status of my order. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. Once the slabs arrived from the supplier, Rome Stones managed to cut and install the worktops within just one week. The quality of the workmanship and the level of customer service were excellent.

Even after the worktops had been installed, there were a few minor things that I wanted rectified. Farman didn't make any issue of it at all and arranged for the fitters to come back promptly to address everything. That level of aftercare and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out and gave me complete confidence that they genuinely care about their customers.

Thank you, Farman and the team, for such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Rome Stones to anyone looking for high-quality worktops, competitive pricing, expert advice, outstanding customer service, and excellent after-sales support.

Great service and communication during the buy-in process. I bought a fireplace marble hearth, bespoke and couldn't be more happier! Thank you again and I really recommend them.

They are really good

I was so pleased with the work done by Rome Stones. Farman is a fantastic person to deal with. They were very professional, efficient, and affordable.
Their turnaround time was very fast. They installed the worktops with care and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so impressed with the quality of the work that they did. My kitchen looks beautiful, and I know that the worktops will last for years to come. I would highly recommend Rome Stones to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional quartz worktop fitting company.

Picked Rome stones pretty much at random, but have been delighted with both the service and the final installation of our new quartz worktops. partner Faro is charming, knowledgeable about all worktop choices and completely relaxed, absolutely no pressure at all.
We were sent off with samples and did our best to try and stain them as a test, but not a mark after quite an effort.
Cost wise we were actually expecting it to be more, so all in all, a hugely successful process and we can wholeheartedly recommend Roma stones

Fantastic service! They talked us through the different options, offered the best price, worked around our schedule, and installed our Quartz worktop within 10 days. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Service and Highly Recommended.

Rome Stones did a great job in our kitchen, very quick and professional. The work surfaces look fantastic and at a very fair price
I can 100% recommend them

Rome stones were very helpful from start to finish. They did an exceptional job and worktops look great. Very quick turn around would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly recommend Rome Stones. Their fitters did an excellent job and were professional, careful and considerate on both visits even bringing us samples when they templated. The price was as quoted and the lead time very short. A very nice company to deal with.

From my first enquiry to the final fitting, this company were a pleasure. Being very helpful in their showroom and showing me designs fitting with my description to the fitting, which was speedy given and professional. I would definitely recommend Rome Stones.

I discovered Rome Stones in July through a friend's neighbour - after much fruitless searching for the stone I wanted. I couldn't have received better - or more considerate - service. Nothing was too much trouble, and the price was reasonable. I recently found what I thought was a problem (it wasn't), and they came over very swiftly to sort it out. No charge, no fuss. Just pleasant, kind and efficient, and the nicest people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! We were recommended Rome Stones by our kitchen supplier. From the first visit to the showroom to the final installation all communications with Rome Stones have been friendly and efficient. Our templating date was booked and had to be pushed back but never once did we feel it was a problem for them, my many questions both before and following templating were answered promptly and we are extremely happy with the end result which was installed just over a week after the template was taken. Thank you very much Rome Stones we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

great service from templating to fitting. really pleased with the neat clean and tidy job. Friendly workers and would definitely recommend

I have used Rome Stones for my own kitchen and always recommended them to clients who’s kitchens I have fitted. Their service, product and workmanship are second to none and my clients are over the moon with their new kitchens.

We needed a small worktop for our bathroom vanity. Rome Stones provided a nice piece of quartz offcut and helped us cut holes to fit the basin at a good price. We brought the basin to them to ensure a perfect fit and they finished the stone in an hour in their own workshop. Great service and a real pleasure to deal with Farman. He is always responsive and very helpful!

We also bought two pieces of quartz bistro table top which are beautiful and will probably last for years.

We are so happy to have found Rome Stones for our kitchen worktop and splashback. From the moment we met Farman we felt comfortable. Having shopped around previously, we looked no further after meeting Rome Stones.

The advice we received was genuine from the outset, including what would look good with our units and floor.

Rome Stones were always happy to engage with our questions and ideas and gave great advice. We shared many laughs too so it was a pleasure to deal with them.

The quality of the product we received was 10/10. The stone itself is fantastic in appearance and quality. The workmanship and craftsmanship was top class. My builder was very impressed with the measurements taken (as they were being taken - not rushed and spot on).

The fitting was seamless, everything fit perfectly.

From start to finish we had a great experience.

Rome Stones are true to their word.
