DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
After waiting two months to receive the boots I ordered I can honestly say they are awful. There is a big white flaw on the front of the right boot, the toe on the left boot is crushed, and I was not able to zip the right boot up completely because of the poor manufacturing quality of the boots. They look nothing like the boots described or pictured on their site.
When I emailed them to say I would be returning the boots, they suggested I give them to a friend or loved one... really!? I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy!
Oh, then they offered me a $3.00 gift card. So I guess they think their product is only worth $3.00. What a joke! Buyer beware, take your money and spend it in your own community, don't give it to this rip off company.

Zero stars from me! Order boots omg they were awful! Were such poor quality...they looked only similar to what I ordered....i asked for either the boots I ordered or my money back....they offered me a $4 gift card...no I said...then offered $6 gift card...i again said no...offered $8...I said no...stilling on a response...do not order from these people

Please do not order anything from this company ! The quality of their products are shockingly poor. Not wearable !!!And will not reply to emails or refund any money 💰

I wish I read the reviews before I bought these. It took 2 month to get them and they are nothing like they advertised. As everyone else they offer gift cards and refuse to return my money!! They are a scam !!!! Buyer beware!!!! I have reported to attorney general and Paypal. Doesn't do anything for my pocket but something has to shut them down. Lesson learned for sure!!!!

Received a pair of boots item was not as described they were cheap plastic and they would not issue a refund after numerous emails they offered me four dollars in store credit I am not giving them another penny Terrible customer service when the customer is not happy they should receive a full refund

I have emailed this “Rollychic” numerous about when I would be receiving my delivery. They sent me this app ARRIVE. I ordered these boots in October in 1 day it will be January. They are still in China or wherever. According to the Arrive app they have been sitting in the same place since December 10th. WTH. I had a feeling about this from the get go but was hoping I was wrong. When they say trust your gut feeling, go with that. I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering like so many others. And now I’m afraid “IF” I receive the boots they are going to be ugly cheap pieces of crap. Ugh

And I’m going to be super careful when ordering from Amazon because so many of the clothing items are from China and items are cheaply made and I’ll fitting.

Now I’m asking for a refund!

Received the boots today. They went right into the Goodwill pile. They are nothing like the picture showed. I read other reviews of how ugly the shoes/boots. I tried not to let those reviews make my mind up. But when I got them they are cheaper than cheap. There too cheap for the dollar store to sell. Ugh!

If I could rate with negative stars I absolutly would give them -5 stars.
My order took 2 months to arrive, the packaging was terrible, one pair of boots was rolled up and wrapped in a rubberband then put in a plastic bag. The other pair was carelessly stuffed into a plastic bag then both were crammed into another plastic mailing bag.
When I opened the smell was so bad I had to take them out of my house. Then I noticed that they are made of a material that is not suited for any type of footwear. Very cheep material. The shaft of the boot was not even connected to the bottom! totally open to the pathetic lining material.
I told them I want a full refundand they offered me a $7.00 gift card. I reiterated my demand of a full refund and they stopped responding.
Their websit is packed with 5 star reviews - DON'T LET THEIR FAKE REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!!

RIP off I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. The boots I ordered took 3months to get and they are nothing like the picture. The smell is terrible and one boot the zipper is broken. I will never ever order from this company again and I can't send the boots back!!!

Super cheep ugly material and very poorly made

BYER BEWARE. TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS. ONE WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THE WRONG SIZE..THE OTHER SMELLED AWFUL. THEY PLAY GAMES AND WILL NOT REFUND MONEY. I OFFERED TO PAY POSTAGE TO RETURN AND THEY IGNORE THAT AND OFFER A GIFT CARD FOR $3. FOR MY TROUBLE. THEY ARE NOT FROM THE USA. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!

Waited 6 weeks for two pairs of boots, package came finally with one pair of some ugly off color cheap boots that they probably made (very poorly I might add.) I'm requesting a refund!!!

They are the worst quality boots I have ever gotten. They dont look anything like the pic I have of what I was expecting to receive. I want to return them for a full refund. Hopefully I can.

These are the worst boots! DO NOT PURCHASE! They.were not the same boots as pictured and had the most horrible smell. I have contacted them multiple times to return and they are just giving me the runaround. Again....DO NOT PURCHASE!

I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 10/18/19. As of 11/13/19, I had not received the items. I contacted RollyChic and requested to cancel the order, as the items had not been shipped. After several emails, on 11/19/19, I was advised that the transaction was cancelled and a credit would be issued. On 11/28/19, I received an email notification from RollyChic that the items had been shipped. I contacted them to advise that the order had been cancelled and the response was "we have to say sorry that it has been sent out. we can not stop the shipment". They went on to say "If you don't like it, you can give it to your relatives or friends as a gift".

This company is a complete scam. Even though the product was shipped on 11/28, as of today,12/30/19, I still haven't received it. According to the tracking, it's somewhere in China. According to the RollyChic website, it takes 2 to 6 weeks to receive from order date. I ordered 10/18 and 6 weeks would have been 11/30. Clearly, they are liars and scammers.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a pair of boots and got a cheap plastic hooker boots. They will not answer my emails or give a refund. Total SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews. Contacting PayPal to get my money back and report them as FRAUD.
**This is not the same boot advertised! Product not as described! It's very cheap and badly made. Missing shape, outter threading or sole support. It took over 2 months to receive. Very disappointed. I contacted the customer care and they tried to argue. Don't waste your money.**

I AM SO UPSET, I NOW KNOW THAT WHEN THE 2 PAIR OF BOOTS THAT I ORDERED DO ARRIVE, I WILL NOT WANT THEM, NOR WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND, I AM TRULY UPSET, THAT THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SCAM ME OUT IF $78.00. IF ANYONE KNOWS A WAY TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE. I ordered 2 pair of boots on Oct 24, 2019, and I still have NOT received them. And when I email them, I get a robot that doesn't speak English, and ways the same reply, a bunch of #*#@%^^* and I'm so 😡

After waiting over two and a half months for the 3 pair of boots that I ordered, I’ve never been so disappointed in a product. Cheaply made is an understatement. Resemble nothing like I ordered. Bought them for my daughter inlaw, but I’m to embarrassed to give them to her. My first and definitely my last time I do business with RollyChic.
