I’m delighted! Firstly, Italo and Paul were extremely helpful and supportive. They answered all my questions, and were even kind enough to help with customs queries.

My items arrived in the States and no import fees were charged.

The quality of the items is superb – outstanding, I must say. They also included some stickers, a letter, a list of items, assembly suggestions, extra features, and weight-saving tips.

It's a little expensive, but worth every penny. It's like visiting a restaurant where you pay an expensive bill, but you can’t wipe the smile off your face and you can't wait to go back again.

I bought the Trail Jack for my road motorcycle. The product is great: very lightweight yet strong and rigid, and it can support very heavy bikes as well. Since the Roia Moto is designed for off-road riders/bikes, I wasn't sure that the product would fit my bike. However, the Roia Moto team was very helpful, sending me additional information about the Trail Jack's dimensions, including photos. Also, their website is very informative. Communication with them, the overall purchase experience, and delivery were fast and pleasant. They also included a bunch of cool stickers in the parcel, along with a handwritten postcard. It's a small thing, but it's nice, and you can feel the care for the customers. It's especially rare in Austria, where customer service is generally bad. So, they really stand out in a good way. I can only recommend Roia Moto. They also have a YouTube video demonstrating how to use the Trail Jack on a light motorcycle. These instructions didn't work for me right away because my bike is heavy, and I can't lean it over to get the rear wheel off the ground. So I have to use the additional handlebar turning trick, and it works perfectly now. As a suggestion/recommendation for Roia Moto, I'd recommend adding another video on how to use the Trail Jack on heavier motorcycles. I'm sure many people would appreciate it, and many even on-road riders like me would be interested in this product, because other similar products on the market (called liftsticks) are heavy, bulky, and, in most cases, not designed for bikes over 200 kg. I believe that Roia Moto's Trail Jack has a lot of potential for extending their target audience. Overall, Roia Moto is a very nice and promising company.
