Took too long to get ordered items
Took forever to receive order. Delivery time is abysmal. Ordered birthday day records for my wife. Order was placed on 3/24/23 not shipped till 4/2/23. Order was received on 4/4/23. Rockmerch would you like to clarify your request for me to edit this post. Yes I miss stated that it was four weeks instead of 10 days. My apologies I have corrected the time frame per your request.

Hi Jeff,
Very sorry to hear that! Not sure what happened with your vinyl order since they generally get shipped the same or next day and arrive much sooner than 10 days.
We hope you give us another try!

Communication about how long it takes to receive the product would be helpful and a more satisfying experience. It took many weeks to arrive without being able to track the parcel and two requests for delivery info.

Received
I finally received my patches and they look fine. The Pantera patch looks great. It took almost 2 weeks to receive my order but besides that I'm happy with the products. If the shipping was faster I would order more but there's other places I can get patches faster. Thank you for getting them to me.

Hi Timothy,
Thanks for your review. We are planning on ordering a ton more "small stuff" as we call it :-) including patches, stickers, key chains, buttons, and more, from the most amazing bands, so hopefully you will find our selection worth it to keep checking us out from time to time. Also, you can be sure that when you purchase from us, everything is 100% authentic. Never know what you really get when you order from some other sites.
Also, no other site has the terrible Rock'n Dad Jokes we do!!! :-)))
Warm regards,
RockMerch 🤘

I’m NOT Inaccurate in my Review of your Company on April 5, 2023. I’m simply telling the Truth & it’s not appreciated by RockMerch. As I’m not satisfied with your results getting these shirts exchanged for a Smaller size!!! And I have called so many times it’s not even funny anymore!!! I have tried to resolve this Issue but it doesn’t seem to do any good!!! Just send me the return address label and exchange these Shirts then everything will be Resolved! PS I will Never Order from RockMerch again in my LIFE 👍👍👍
