Your closer came to my home, which I appreciate. But she was not able to get out of her car and had a small tv tray table she placed next to her open door. That’s how I signed papers. On a tv tray out in the driveway.

Best experience and professionalism

Having the portal to follow progress without constantly reaching out to a representative was very helpful. When I did need to speak to someone I had a return phone call always within 24 hrs.

It was really easy to upload all my documents. When I couldn't find the documents I needed I just called and they sent them in by mail for me to sign and I just uploaded them by picture. It was an overall very smooth refinance!

Find out at closing that I was being charged 15% for the down payment instead of the standard 3.5%. Very unpleasant experience and lack of transparency.
