I ordered my shirt, it says it was delivered. It is no where to be found. Customer Service won't email me back, and I really would like a refund. Since they answer here, I would like a refund for order #158583... if not I will definitely report this place.

This company has got to be a Scam. I ordered a shirt, it was horrible quality. I emailed them they said they would get me a 60% refund. Guess what I never received.....My refund. Emailed them to check the status and they sent me a generic email about the status of my shirt. Since they seem to respond here can anyone let me know the status before I report this to my credit card company as a scam?

This is crazy. Placed order weeks ago. Got email saying it shipped, but tracking 7 days later says it was not even picked up yet! I sent them an email and they said no worries and told me to check tracking number. UPS says a label was created but not in their possession yet, the retailer still has it. What the heck! They charged my account a few weeks ago, gave it a tracking number over a week ago and NO movement since! Wish I read these reviews weeks ago!
12/8/2017 - I don't understand how it can be shipped, given a tracking number, but it has not been shipped. My daughter really wanted this order for Christmas. Please email me. You have it on my order 148370.
12/27/2017 - They did as they said they would and credited my account for the shirt. I also just received the shirt in the mail. Have no idea why tracking number showed it was never picked up from them and shipped. Not sure if they are going recharge my credit card, but I'm ok with that since I received the shirt.

great product (sweater). exactly what i expected.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Have emailed customer support 2 separate times and have yet to get any response. Order shows “processing”.

I bought a shirt from them, money was taken from my account but where is my stuff? I emailed them and no response. I want my order. Do I need to call the police? Where's my order!?

I never recived one of the items that I purchased. I sent them an email, and I never got a response. I paid for two items and I want them both!!!! 😡

I ordered a product and haven't got a confirmation email. I'm worried that I won't get it because it's past the expected shipping date and the money was deducted from my bank account. Wrote multiple emails to company and no reply and no phone number listed. Disappointed with company and their customer service.

I ordered a shirt that I saw on a TV show. I tried it on when it arrived and it made me super itchy. So much I couldn't wear it anymore! I messaged the email I found on the website & the response time was poor. They told me that I could keep the shirt and receive 50% of my money back, but the issue is that it makes me itchy and I would just end up throwing it away along with the rest of my money. Can someone please help me get a full refund? I would return this shirt since I have no one else to give it to and it makes me super itchy!

Is this a real company? I place an order 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I've emailed support twice, and have heard nothing. When I track the order it says "in progress".

I think this company is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY anything from here.

Made my order on Nov. 6th and have written 3 emails about my order that still says processing when they claim it will process for 1 to 3 days and then ship. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication. Especially when my credit card has been charged!!!!! 😡

Absolutely love the product, and it arrived in a very timely manner.

The "red" letters on the shirts I ordered are faded. I washed the long sleeve tee and the letters faded even more (looks more like pink letters now). The quality of the shirts are good but I wouldn't order from there again.

Placed the order on 8. Oct. Received an order confirmation. Now it's the 23. Oct. Haven't heard anything since I placed my order. I don't think it's shipped yet, but the money has been deducted from my account. Tried contacting them for an update, but no answer yet... Seems like a scam......
