Ordered a hoodie for many weeks ago. Money has deducted the 13. October After 12 days still got anything :(

The size charts were not very helpful but I ordered what I hoped was the correct size (3 pair of shoes). Took 6 weeks to get them and they were too big. Contacted to ask for an exchange, waited over a week for a response, then was asked several times to send pictures of the shoes while holding a ruler to the sole and photos of the packaging. They won't take returns if you order the wrong size - so good luck guessing with their charts. I spent over $170, so they weren't cheap. Now...I have to figure out what to do with them.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Ordered a hat that must be a child's size because it doesn't fit anyone I know. No Returns! No exchanges! BUT if you'd like they will give you 50% off on another item...no thanks!

I received the WRONG mask! I have reached out 3 times with no response and now im out $20. The quality is garbage but I still wanted the mask i ordered. Don't ordered from the con company. Im reporting them to the BBB also for theft

I just spent about $20 on a face mask. I was so excited when it showed up...but upon opening it I realized it's a complete piece of crap!! It's absolutely horrible and basically not much more than a Kleenex! I can't even believe they are allowed to sell this junk! It's huge and floppy and I have no idea if I can even turn it into something useable. I sent a message asking for my money back...no response of course. I never would have expected this website to be such a scam! Run away!!!

I orderer an item 3 weeks ago. In the tracking, it has now been in the same location from UPS to USPS for 2 weeks. Apparently lost!! I have now sent THREE emails asking if they will resend or refund me...NO RESPONSE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered a jumper five weeks ago, according to delivery timelines on the Rockatee site it should have been here long ago. I'm still waiting, the event I bought the jumper for is tonight... No jumper, no response to my enquiries. Pathetic service, save yourself the frustration and buy somewhere else.

My mom bought two face masks at $14.99 each. They’re absolute garbage. The material is like an Under Armour shirt. You can very easily feel your breath through the material. They’re floppy and oval shaped, and don’t fit on your face. They also arrived over a month and a half after purchase. This is a scam

I ordered Just Rick It Jordan's for my stepson on Nov 16th was told it took 10-15 days to get the order out & tracking # to me. Waited 15 days wrote them again. The next excuse after they have me a tracking # for someone else's package was something happened with the production company. Now almost a full month later still no sneakers or $ back. I get an email every once & awhile after I get a mail demon back saying it's undeliverable & I go back on the site & re-write them. I asked for the product or my $ back asap & nothing but excuses

I've emailed THREE times and have yet to receive a response. This is ridiculous! I placed the order, # 286847, on May 20th and the order STILL says processing, yet the charge was taken on my credit card on May 21st. It is now June 9th and I demand a response and refund before I take further action and report this company!

Misuse of personal information.

My personal information (mobile number and email address) was printed on the outside of the package. Definitely wouldn't order anything again.

No Customer Service at all. They have no customer service phone number and they don't answer email until over a week later and then say that the order was in production and it was too late to make the correct order. I call crap on that! I emailed 15 minutes after my order was placed and they didn't take care of anything. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a mug 2 weeks ago. They sent it through UPS and then it was transferred to the Post Office. The Post Office will not help me because I'm not the shipper and I don't have the Post Office tracking number. I have Emailed Rockatee 3 times. The first time they got my order item wrong. And they just keep giving me the tracking number. I even took pictures showing them what UPS says on their tracking, and still no help!!!

Protuct was good, but charged way to much for shipping. You charged me to mail thru ups but the post office delivered , and if you direct send thru the post office it's cheaper

I ordered a black hoodie size xl and recieved a blue t shirt size m with the print not good on the shirt.
Tried to contact the company with no response so i wint be ordering here again
