Robb Residential Anmeldelser

Great experience. Amazing services. Stress free. Really happy that my to let property in safe hands.

We dealt with Karen Duncan who was extremely efficient and helpful in securing us a property within 1 day of the viewing. She was prompt in her responses and the staff who was at the property viewing was a lovely man. After some bad experiences with other estate agents this was a relief to our stresses during our rental property search. Highly recommend.

Diligent, clear, friendly and incredibly professional. We highly recommend this company.
Our experience was smooth & positive, we were kept up to date with every aspect of the sale, which was hugely appreciated, I must say.
Thank you Charlotte & Jackie for the great communication throughout and amazing outcome!

We have asked Robb Residential to market our property for us and they have given us an excellent service from beginning to end. The property is now sold.
We shall recommend Robb Residential to all our friends and acquaintances.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Robb Residential; initially meeting with Iain Robb and thereafter dealing with his colleagues who progressed the marketing of the house. Special mention for Megan who was my main point of contact and who was the epitome of professionalism. Communication was first rate and her advice along the way very helpful and much appreciated. In what often seems like a bygone age when people actually delivered what they promise, the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Well done to everyone at Robb Residential!

From start to finish the staff from Robb were very professional, knowledgeable and experts in their field. They kept us informed throughout every step of the process. Our agent Carolyn could not have been a better fit for us while selling our house. We had a few hiccups along the way through no fault of Robb, but Carolyn dealt with them all in her calm and courteous manner. She went above and beyond, even working on her day off to see things through to completion. I would highly recommend Robb if wishing to buy or sell your property.

Robb Residential are our go to when we need new tenants across our property portfolio, they are professional and take time to make sure to get the right fit for each property.

The first thing that made the difference for me is that Rachel called me! I had tried to plan viewing of several houses, but being abroad was very difficult, as I kept receiving only automatic replies and forms to fill in with lots of questions, to then end up having my request rejected. Robb residential just called, I could explain my situation and Rachel took her time to explain the house market and how fast viewing had to be booked. I had to book a flight only for that specific viewing, and they arranged everything very quickly with the landlord; any time after, when I sent an e-mail, I got a reply within the same day or within 24h.
For me coming from outside the UK, they were very patient and answered all my questions. A very professional team.

An estate agency staffed by professionals! The lovely team at Robbs handled our house marketing & sale very well, with great communications and knowledgable, informed & polite conversations. Special thanks to Carolyn, Charlotte & Lorna.

Excellent service from Carolyn and her team. Our house was in a remote area and we knew it may take a little while to sell - but the tenacity and experience of the Robb team won through in the end.

Wonderful service Robb Residential especially Rachel she has been helping from beginning until now very quick service answered email so quickly I am highly recommended.

Wonderful service from my property manager at Robb - very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to.

Dealing with professional people the staff are very helpful and assisted us and made our journey to renting a home in Scotland so easy. When the staff at Robb Residential properties answered the phone they made you feel welcome. To mention Joanne helped and explained and was very efficient. Keep up the good work. It was a wonderful experience.

Great team who delivered on everything they promised from moment We instructed their services until Sale was finally completed.

Support was second to none and special mention to Carolyn who was available when ever we called day or night ,

This was a particularly unique experience for us as it is unusual to experience such efficient and well considered client service. From our initial enquiry with Rachel to our viewings with Kieran and final deal closure with Mark, the process was a seemless one without let or hinderance. We hope this relationship continues and would gladly recommend Robb Residential without hesitation.

The service we have received from Robb Residential
Is unmatched by any other agent we have ever used. We can honestly say it has been a real pleasure working with a team of very personable and professional staff. Their advice and support in the refurb of our property was invaluable. The apartment went online and within a day we had secured tenants.
