They quality of customer service is exceptional and I would recommend them without a doubt and will definitely be using them in the future. They deserve to win.

Worked with Robb Residential as a contractor on a number of successful jobs to date. The staff, particularly Karen and Rachel, have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Look forward to working together with them for years to come.

Super friendly staff, professional to deal with and all round pleasure

An essential responsibility of any letting agent is ensuring that landlords’ properties remain compliant with legislation. Robb Residential demonstrates real care in this area, acting quickly to keep properties up to standard and carrying out thorough compliance audits with attention to detail. They are a pleasure to work with and clearly have a genuine passion for managing properties correctly and efficiently. Their professionalism and efficiency are second to none!

As a landlord in Glasgow, I’ve been working with ROBB Residential for years and I’m pleased to share my experience with their property management services.

Professionalism & Communication:
ROBB has consistently demonstrated professionalism and reliability. Communication is timely and clear, and I’m kept well-informed about any issues relating to tenants, maintenance, or compliance. They’ve been proactive in notifying me of any changes in legislation and ensuring all documentation remains up to date especially with the recent Lead Water Testing requirements.

Tenant Management:
They’ve done an excellent job finding and vetting tenants, resulting in very few issues and minimal void periods. The tenants they’ve placed have generally been responsible and long-term, which speaks to their thorough referencing process and understanding of tenant-landlord compatibility.

Maintenance & Inspections:
Maintenance is handled efficiently, with clear records and prompt action on any reported issues. Routine inspections are conducted regularly, and I always receive detailed reports with photos, which is very helpful.

Financial Management:
Rent collection has been smooth and consistent. I receive monthly statements that are accurate and easy to understand, and any deductions or repairs are clearly itemized. The accounting side of things has been very well managed, giving me peace of mind.

Overall Experience:
ROBB has provided a hands-off, stress-free experience that allows me time to focus on other things. Their knowledge of the Glasgow rental market, combined with their responsiveness and integrity, makes them a valuable partner in managing my property.

I would highly recommend them to other landlords seeking a reliable, full-service letting agent in Glasgow.

Their communication is excellent, and I feel confident knowing my property is in safe hands. I’d recommend them to any landlord looking for a stress-free letting experience.”

The team at Robb Residential are fabulous. We have been working with the Letting Team since March 2025 and the experience has been first class. It is a breath of fresh air to always get through to a person on a phone call who is willing and able to help. Every single person in their team has been professional and pro - active in their dealings with us. Initially Robb Residential reviewed a couple of our flats which had been vacant for a while and they let them within days. Their service including dealing with tenancies, repairs and maintenance has been faultless. Robb Residential have since taken on our portfolio and deliver the same high standard of service. We could not be more impressed ! Colette and Jacqueline - Directors -Cadder Properties Limited

Caitlin from lettings is the most professional, organised and respectful agent I have ever worked with. She does her job diligintly and always informs me of the outcome.

The ladies where quick to respond to any queries we had when purchasing our new property and any question we had were no bother, they also kept us updated on the progress of the purchase. Lovely people and company to deal with.

We were impressed by the service provided by Robb Residential in helping us sell our property in a remote location. They offered a very professional service, setting up the portfolio and organising everything for us. Charlotte visited the property and provided valuable advice on the marketing strategy. Once the property was listed, Sasha arranged the viewings and demonstrated great skill in judging potential buyers’ intentions and limits. There were no problems during the process, and all communication was handled remotely via phone or email.

We would like to thank Rob Residential for their hard work in helping us to secure our home.

We have had a really positive experience with Rob Residential and would absolutely use them again in the future. The team were consistently helpful throughout the entire process, and always available to offer support and advice when needed.

A special thank you to Jackie, who went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected issue. Without her help, we genuinely wouldn’t have been able to resolve the problem.

We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and reliability.
Thank you.

Kind Regards,
Gordon and Elena Murphy
