Good quality metal, as described, birds haven’t found it yet but planning to place bird feeders nearby to attract them.

Delivered as promised. The products offered by your company are well made and durable. These days, that is sometimes hard to find.

I purchased 2 travel pillows , when the box arrived it was damaged and not suitable as I received 6 big tubes of bird food, I immediately phoned roamwild, they wouldn't send me my order until I had returned their mistake, I did the next day however after being promised i would get my delivery on Sunday by Allen, they took nearly a week to get my correct order to me, their customer service made me feel like I was compensating for their mistake.
I haven't used the pillows yet as they came too late. Won't buy from them again

This has been one of the most difficult and stressful customer service experiences I have had.

I purchased a peanut feeder advertised for bird peanuts, but the feeder did not accommodate whole peanuts. The product description did not make this clear. When I raised the issue, I was advised either to crush the peanuts myself or to purchase crushed peanuts. I found both options impractical and, in the latter case, an unnecessary additional expense for a product that I had understood was intended for peanuts.

It took a considerable amount of correspondence and back and forth before I was eventually able to return the feeder and receive a refund.

The company also supplied me with another feeder, which arrived damaged. Initially, I did not feel that the company was willing to address this issue either, adding further correspondence and stress to what had already been a very difficult experience.

I also left a negative review on the company's product pages which was subsequently removed. I find this particularly disappointing, as customers should be able to see genuine negative as well as positive experiences when deciding whether to purchase a product.

The eventual refund was appreciated, but the amount of time, effort and stress required to resolve these issues was completely disproportionate to the purchase. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I have had with a company.

ETA: Following the company’s response I wanted to point out that neither the product website nor the packaging provided/leaflets included states that the feeder doesn’t take whole peanuts, or didn’t at the time of purchase. I spent my whole lunch hour one day crushing peanuts, resulting in a number of peanuts partly crushed and a huge amount of mess, and only enough to partly fill the feeder- I found this hugely inefficient and time consuming and it’s not practical and the birds still couldn’t get the peanuts out. It doesn’t take seconds as they’ve stated and it’s also not common practice.

Their responses to negative reviews appears extremely defensive. I found them extremely frustrating to deal with with no acknowledgement of the issues I raised, even with the damaged feeder.
Their response that their algorithm shows only ‘relevant’ reviews (and doesn’t show negative reviews) is really off putting. I won’t purchase anything from this company again.

This company has excellent, well made and well thought out products. Delivery times are good and, so far, after buying several products, they are well packed and delivered on time.
I have quite the collection of Roamwild garden tools and my latest buy, the Roamwild Multi-Digger Mini Tool Set is absolutely brilliant and by far my favourite buy. With the dual handles weeding with the fork is a doddle. I shall be buying these as Christmas presents for my gardening family members.

A great design product. Best spent money, birds found this feeder right away. Lovely to know it’s pest free.

Excellent products, excellent service

Quick delivery and very happy with my good quality purchase.

This was my second roamwild bird feeder, so obviously I was quite happy with the first one. The second one is even better because there is no overspill, which is very necessary because of the magpies. Whether it is because we’re in the north of England or not, but the magpies here are extremely clever. I did find that it didn’t matter where I situated the first one the magpies would still throw themselves and grab one seed before knocking a few to the ground. I cleared the area so there was no way they could attack the birdfeeder except by the pole that it was attached to,. That is where the problem lay. A direct hit made it possible for them with there long beaks to grab one seed before fluttering down to the ground. Obviously, I don’t have the technology you have, but I did feel that the entrance to the seat was always directly opposite the pole, hanger, or whatever else you attached it to. So I adjusted the top hanger so that they can’t fly directly at it, as they have to fly sideways, and at the moment they have not worked it out. As I type this review, I can hear them now down at the bottom of the garden. Hopefully, they have not sussed it out.You did ask for comment so I hope you don’t feel this is criticism. I am more than happy with the two feeders I have. 👍

It is such a good design.

Stirling guard was reasonably easy to fit and so far seems to be satisfactorily fulfilling its task.

All fine. Great product - this is my second order - presents for people because I’m so pleased with mine.

Needed a new bottom tray about 2 years after initial purchase of a window fixing arch feeder. A couple of emails and a photograph later and for a very reasonable price a replacement arrived. Perfect fit.

Excellent bird feeder, well designed for preventing waste, squirrels and large birds taking food, easy to fill, overall a great purchase and value for the money.
