I’ve ordered several items from this company, and never been disappointed. I have squirrels in the garden and these feeders stop them emptying them out. Also the starlings try but don’t succeed. They don’t go without cos I put other food out too. I’ve also ordered a feeder for my daughter to hang in her garden, and she loves it too. Well made and much better than any other feeder I have bought 🙂

I recently received my “travelling mug”, although at first it looked more like a stay-at-home mug without its lid. In a moment of spectacular stupidity, I’d ordered only the inner part—so I had to send it back and get the outer as well. Eventually, I ended up with the complete mug: bottom, top and middle. Success!

It is quite heavy, and I have a terrible habit of knocking coffee over while working at my computer. Thankfully, this mug doesn’t simply topple over—it gives a little wobble, like a rocking baby, then settles itself. The lid stays firmly on and not a drop spills.

It’s a lovely colour, and I especially like the almost bone-china feel inside. Stainless-steel mugs always seem to develop a horrible taste, but this one is much nicer.

I’m delighted we finally got the right mug sorted. I do wish I’d kept the original inner part, though—I could have had two winners! Still, I now have one beautiful blue mug, and I’m very pleased with it. Thanks for bearing with me

Bird feeder was exactly as shown on the website. Lovely colour and easy to fit together . Not set up in the garden yet but look forward to seeing the small birds feeding.

Just need to attract some birds, maybe it's not near enough to hedge and existing bird feeder.

Well made products that do exactly what they are supposed to and delivery faster than advertised. As a repeat customer I have no hesitation in recommending Roamwild.

Lovely ceramic travel cup. Doesn't fit under my coffee machine but first world problems. Lovely also to be able to not have to scrub my cup every morning to get rid of the used milk smell!

Delivered as promised. The products offered by your company are well made and durable. These days, that is sometimes hard to find.

I purchased 2 travel pillows , when the box arrived it was damaged and not suitable as I received 6 big tubes of bird food, I immediately phoned roamwild, they wouldn't send me my order until I had returned their mistake, I did the next day however after being promised i would get my delivery on Sunday by Allen, they took nearly a week to get my correct order to me, their customer service made me feel like I was compensating for their mistake.
I haven't used the pillows yet as they came too late. Won't buy from them again

This has been one of the most difficult and stressful customer service experiences I have had.

I purchased a peanut feeder advertised for bird peanuts, but the feeder did not accommodate whole peanuts. The product description did not make this clear. When I raised the issue, I was advised either to crush the peanuts myself or to purchase crushed peanuts. I found both options impractical and, in the latter case, an unnecessary additional expense for a product that I had understood was intended for peanuts.

It took a considerable amount of correspondence and back and forth before I was eventually able to return the feeder and receive a refund.

The company also supplied me with another feeder, which arrived damaged. Initially, I did not feel that the company was willing to address this issue either, adding further correspondence and stress to what had already been a very difficult experience.

I also left a negative review on the company's product pages which was subsequently removed. I find this particularly disappointing, as customers should be able to see genuine negative as well as positive experiences when deciding whether to purchase a product.

The eventual refund was appreciated, but the amount of time, effort and stress required to resolve these issues was completely disproportionate to the purchase. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I have had with a company.

ETA: Following the company’s response I wanted to point out that neither the product website nor the packaging provided/leaflets included states that the feeder doesn’t take whole peanuts, or didn’t at the time of purchase. I spent my whole lunch hour one day crushing peanuts, resulting in a number of peanuts partly crushed and a huge amount of mess, and only enough to partly fill the feeder- I found this hugely inefficient and time consuming and it’s not practical and the birds still couldn’t get the peanuts out. It doesn’t take seconds as they’ve stated and it’s also not common practice.

Their responses to negative reviews appears extremely defensive. I found them extremely frustrating to deal with with no acknowledgement of the issues I raised, even with the damaged feeder.
Their response that their algorithm shows only ‘relevant’ reviews (and doesn’t show negative reviews) is really off putting. I won’t purchase anything from this company again.

This company has excellent, well made and well thought out products. Delivery times are good and, so far, after buying several products, they are well packed and delivered on time.
I have quite the collection of Roamwild garden tools and my latest buy, the Roamwild Multi-Digger Mini Tool Set is absolutely brilliant and by far my favourite buy. With the dual handles weeding with the fork is a doddle. I shall be buying these as Christmas presents for my gardening family members.

A great design product. Best spent money, birds found this feeder right away. Lovely to know it’s pest free.
