Perfect buying experience from start to finish.
Bike (TCR Advanced Pro 0 AXS) was ordered on Saturday and was delivered to me on the following Thursday.
This included having the steerer cut while the bike was being prepared.
Packaging was perfect with only the handlebars needing attaching - I was out riding within two hours of receiving!
Price-point was unbeatable - almost half the price of the current year model!

I traveled 4 hours in a sports car to one of the best remote locations in Kent from Wembley! I had been in constant communication with Thomas and Rob on the phone and email for nearly 60 days straight and they held my bike 🚲 for me 💯🙌🏿👌🏿! The bike is immaculate and incredible ! Their team is amazing and something the “big “ brands have to learn from! As a director of a sports and fitness company I will be a regular customer!

Great bike and good service, but missing power meter charger
The Di2 charger was supplied, but the separate power meter charging cable was missing. As the bike includes a power meter, I would have expected this charging cable to be also included as well.
Other than that, the bike was well presented, good value, and the service was good overall

Sadly sometimes when the shop is very busy mechanics will throw in a freebie ( such as the water bottle you wanted) when customers buy a bike in the shop and then forget to tender the freebie, and our stock level were therefore out. It doesn't happen very often but totally understand your frustration, Many apologies

Would have been five stars but had to chase up my order, which apparently had left their depot without a label on. Still, they sorted straight away and sent out my new bike next day delivery. Bike is superb and at a great price.

I purchased a GT Sensor Carbon Pro Size extra large for £1540 delivered. Couldn’t find it anywhere else cheaper after searching the Internet for days so I was more than happy when I found it at RM cycles
Their customer service is amazing I would highly recommend RM cycles and will most definitely be buying from them in the future 10/10
