The package was not shipped initially. According to the rep, I had checked pick-up rather than shipping, yet I was charged a $5 shipping and handling fee.
When I inquired about why I had not received ny product, I was told that I had to pay another $25 for shipping, which i found to be an exorbitant cost for two lightweight items.

RJNautical staff are steeped in Yamaha outboard product knowledge while at the same time offers the lowest retail prices that I could find anywhere in the US. The sales force is extremely knowledgeable and helpful which provided for one of the most pleasurable on-line buying experiences I have ever had.

Great Customer Service, Great Product!!
In today's digital world your email communicate was great! We received our ePropulsion-eLite in perfect condition. Already tested on our dingy in Marina del Rey, CA, and we absolutely love it! This 16 Ib electric engine is amazing! NO MORE 50 Ib gas engine, keeping backup gas on the dingy, the gas mess, and my fiancé having to strain his shoulder cranking the gas engine. Thank you all so much and happy holidays!!

Slight mix up while ordering
Slight mix up while ordering - google - and mix up with shipping. Great customer service fixed everything and gave timely updates on shipping. Would use them again - very pleased

Should have said so on website. I had to follow up more than once before I got an explanation as to why the order was stuck in "Awaiting Fulfillment." Not given option to cancel order.
