I singed up to Rizk and I am regretting it now, very easy to deposit money very hard to withdraw money, nothing about verifying your account until you want to withdraw I send all the right documents to only be told that a proper bank statement from my bank is not good enough it’s for customers protection they hold you to ransom when it comes to withdrawing money, they play every trick in book to fob you off even blamed your bank I rang the bank they never stop a payment going in to your account.
They have my passport and a utility bill and still not verified my account. I just get passed around and fob off. This as been going on for 5days now and it’s not even a lot of money I lost more than what I want to take out. Took 14 days to sort my issue out. i won 33 000 norwegian kroner (3000€) they wiped my balance, set the withrawel status as completed but i never recieved the funds. i contacted support and they said it was an error that i won money. basicly the site is an entire scam. if you win more than a few hundred euro they blame internal errors and scam you out of your funds. Would strongly advice against this casino due to thier frauduelent behaviour.
