I did have a good time on rizk but in December they're really begging for deposits and I ask what issues were going on and thy block my account. Try at your own risk

I made 3 withdrawals within 2 days & one never appeared in my account. I queried after giving it a few weeks, and after withdrawing twice more with no problem. I was asked for copies of my bank statements from the withdrawal date. Sent them reluctantly. Got generic responses emailed back. Queried what's going on after a few days & they wanted my statements again but including current days transactions too. Would've gone on for eternity. Never got a straight answer.. Or my money. Told them to shove it. Don't trust them

I must say Rizk was one of the old school casinos thats been around for awhile . They have their good and bad times. I don’t think it concerns them on how much your level is or how they lag quite a bit or dont pay out as much . Everybody will always have a different experience.

We’ve all had crazy wins n loses here and i believe Rizk should take comments and reviews more into consideration because in the end of the day .. the engagement , experience and realistic bonuses makes it fun for everyone.

So in my opinion bringing back certain promotions and freebies would be a great tiny suggestion to consider if ever.. and would not suggest certain anger issues towards customer service help or saying how they take your money etc . There are thousands of casinos online and allot win and lose as well. One thing you should know is that rizk actually pays out way more faster than most when it comes to withdrawals☺️

I've been playing all the way up to level 10 and haven't ever gotten over $50. Nothing worth withdrawing and it takes forever to fill up the bar. support takes 14 hours to answer and they are very slow with my refunds i played when i was underage and they are trying their best to keep the money and they keep me sending useless documents for them to gain a reason not to pay be back

Naturally I debated there outragous decision 2 no end and demanded a reason for my expulsion friviously explaining time and time again that I always kept my account verified and would/could gratefully give them any more information they desired in order 2 get whatever issue they had resolved but NO. with absolutly no justification from them and 2 absolutly no fault of my own I am blocked and blacklisted from all other Malta bassed sites without a clue in the world why. Da only thing they continued 2 tell me was this;

I didn't and still don't understand how they can get away with this and its actually given me quite a complex az 2 why I was so bad all ov a sudden they they had 2 rid them selves of me in such a fashion. I am genuinely disturbed by this whole experience it still makes me so mad not knowing y I was descriminated against 2 the point where i sit up late at nite like this plotting cunning ways 2 ruin them- fully awear of how unhealthy it is but what can I say they got under my skin. So in conclusion everybody do yourselves a favour and DONT GAMBLE HERE!! Its all fake they don't care Ur loyalty means nothing 2 them clearly! Also Rizk I look forward 2 Ur response!! Most ridiculous website I have ever been on. Customer support is a joke. They don't accept any sort of verification documents. I sent pictures of my card multiple times with 4 digits covered at the front and cvc covered at the back, I sent a bank statement which all were rejected. Pretty fishy when I sent documents to other websites and they were accepted. I assume its because they're scammers and want to steal your money. Have access to your bank card and all. Ridiculous!! DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAMMING UNHELPFUL CASINO.
