River Crest Surveyors Anmeldelser

From start to finish communication was fantastic. So knowledgeable personable and went above and beyond when there were issues. Even went out and did a second survey- and absolute professional with so much knowledge and time to explain. Will be referring onto others and hope to use again in future. Communication to book and email correspondence great too. Thank you so much 100% book!

The service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear. The survey itself was done professionally and the results came through quickly. Well done! Thank you River Crest Surveyors.

Have used River Crest to carry out a L2 survey and very impressed! Their communication is spot on, very quick to respond and will answer any questions you may have. Nitin who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable has carried out the survey for us and has took time to explain the survey findings, which we found extremly helpful especially as first time buyers. He took time to explain everything to ensure we understand and was more than happy to answer any questions we have. Very happy with the service, turnaround times. Thank you very much.

My partner & I have just used RCS and we’re extremely impressed with their thoroughness and level of professionalism. Nitin took a few hours out of his time to give us a phone call over an evening to break down our survey, as he knew we were first time buyers. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything on that phone call and provided us an incredibly detailed report for our level 2 survey. We can’t recommend using this company enough. They’re great value for money and Nitin is incredibly friendly & professional.

Had a full survey on a house we are purchasing. This was immensely insightful. Carol & Niti were absolutely fantastic. Not only did we get a detailed report with pictures we also had a 121 conversation on the phone where everything was explained fully with full recommendations made.

Excellent service from start to finish. River Crest Surveyors couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The survey was booked in promptly and an extensive and incredibly informative report produced by Nitin following the visit. Excellent service, competitive price, just end to end fantastic. I could not recommend this company enough! Thank you.

I had a homebuyer level II survey done by River Crest and would highly recommend it.

Jemma followed up quickly after my quote to provide me with the surveyor’s earliest availabilities and an example report. RC’s quote was one of the more affordable ones, and it’s the most available.

The surveyor, Nitin, was thorough in the survey and provided me a detail report with actionable advice for me and my solicitor. The 1:1 consultation with Nitin was also helpful, where he provided me estimates for some repairs.

Great service.

Nitin carried out a level 3 survey for a property. His professionalism and work was spectacular. I can’t fault him at all! He was very thorough with everything and even explained what he was thinking as he was surveying. He was also very prompt with his report and then even offered to speak to us over the phone to explain further. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend

Approached 3 surveyors for quote. River Crest were lowest and provided prompt efficient service. Report was thorough and excellent for our requirements.

Outstanding service, real care taken and good value for money! Will use again!

Nitin and his team were quick to respond to my enquiry and provided very useful advice to diagnose a damp problem at my property along with solutions to alleviate the issue. Would use again without hesitation

Nothing but positive feedback for this company!!
We initially spoke with Carol after receiving a quote for a level two survey through a comparison site. Carol was really informative and we had our survey completed within the same week of booking! We had our survey conducted by Nitin on the Friday and received our full report by Sunday. All in all from booking to report production it took 6 days!
Our level two house survey was really in-depth and they made sure that every corner of the house was covered and any issues were explained. Being first time buyers we weren’t too sure on a few points which were raised on our full report so we emailed Carol to book in a one-to-one consultation with Nitin (which is a complimentary service, winner!!) where we could speak further about the issues in the report.
Carol booked in a convenient time for us in the evening as we both work full time and Nitin spoke with us for an hour and explained every point of the report which was really helpful and afterwards he gave us his list of referrals for reputable companies is we ever needed extra work done in the future.
All in all this company has been amazing from start to finish and we will definitely be using them in the future for any of our housing needs that being house surveys , house planning research / applications etc. The team have been incredibly helpful and flexible with our requirements and we could not of wished for a better service also a great benefit being the competitive price!
I definitely recommend if you’re a first time buyer, these guys are professional yet friendly and extremely informative.

Thank you Nitin & Carol.

Very thorough and high quality report for our Level 2 home survey. Nitin shared the report quickly and took us through the key findings on a phone call. Clearly very experienced and gave clear recommendations. Highly recommended.

We have recently used River Crest Surveyor for a level 3 survey report.Nithin was very professional and very accurate, with the report.Nithin was explained the report in detail and he has gone an extra mile to follow up the report on site of the property to support us to point out the areas needs to be looked at.Nithin was very honest, punctual and has done the survey report on time.Cant thank you enough to lovely Carol for her excellent and friendly customer services. What a fabulous team, I have already recommended River Crest to my friend.

My husband and I were very happy with the level of detail provided in our survey and how quickly the report was provided.

Competitive pricing, great communication, went above and beyond with any queries I had. I was called a couple days after the survey to reassure me of the findings and let me know when I could expect to receive the report. Report is very thorough and of a high standard. Would recommend and use again.
