I'm so happy with my extensions - the quality is amazing and they came right away. However, I think the exchange process should be easier and I still need help with it!

Very rude and scammy!
Very rude and scammy!! Don't trust them please, I sent my extension and never got my refund,, they don't reply to my emails on the website and Instagram. Cheap service and rude.. The extension I bought cost me £45 plus the post £6 to refund that extension.. The purpose of this trade is theft and reliance on tricks to obtain money!!! I give less than a star 👎👎

I ordered hair extensions
I ordered hair extensions, they sent out the wrong colour from what I ordered. And I have had to pay to send the package back to get the actual extensions I ordered sent out. I emailed them to request a returns label and they just replied saying ‘we don’t do returns labels. We do accept exchanges so please send it back for an exchange‘ I shouldn’t have had to pay almost £4 to send back an order that was packed incorrectly by there workshop! Very annoyed about the way I’ve been treated by this business. If I’d ordered the incorrect colour I would be fine with this but the mistake was on there side they packed it incorrectly and I sent an image of the incorrect colour they had sent me out. Also took a week and a half for them to respond to me and read and ignored my message on Instagram. Very disappointed. I should be reimbursed for what I’ve paid postage back as there mistake but they are taking no accountability.

Scammers! Once you pay they will block you!
Very poor communication, once you’ll pay for your order they will ignore you! They said order on live and you will get it next day… it’s been 2 weeks since then! They are so hectic on live shouting and screaming and s*** on them “order order order” come now now 10 minutes left … only for likes! That’s the way they make their money! Don’t give a s*** about customers! Completely waste of time and money! I will request a refund from Tik tok! As once you pay you’ll be ignored!

Extensions returned
I bought extentions and used the colour match but when order arrived it was way off. I did follow their instructions for taking photos with no filter so was disappointed but returning them and found their return process better than others when it comes to extentions and they were good quality.

RiRi hair extensions never let me down. My first order wasn’t the right match (I tried to match it myself and in hindsight should have used the free colour match service). So I exchanged for the right colour and the turnaround for delivery was super quick 👌.

I do not recommend!!
It was not good help to get when I ordered a colour match. I got a colour that I thought was wrong for my hair, could see it was way too warm. I have a cold blond colour. I ordered the colour they recommended and it was like I thought - totally wrong. I even asked in a live right after ordering if I could pause my order because I think it’s the wrong colour. That was apparently not possible. I also sent them an email right after ordering and asked if it’s possible to return for free from Norway, because I was afraid I had ordered the wrong colour. They never answered me.. It’s to expensive to return it and get a new one - because I apparently need to pay the delivery myself, and that’s 300 kr. one way + tax which is 25% of the whole order. So it’s like 630 kr. to change the color.. I’d hope they could answer my email and be kind to help me out. Terrible service, do not recommend them at all!! The hair quality is not good either, looks very cheep and not good. For some reason the hair looks much better on their lives (maybe they use real hair to demonstrate in their lives). I’ll never order from
them again.. Tip to others: do not order hair from them.

I can see why they have 1 star and awful reviews. Especially if they treat genuine customers this way. Stick to Lullabellz everyone least they accept returns and help with shade match properly!

I got the Deluxe from the shop and its…
I got the Deluxe from the shop and its lovely full coverage cant see the clips or anthing, however accidentally brought 2 normal) on offer at £19.99 so thought was same as one purchased in Bluewater however no where close, thin, can see where my hair and hair extension are, wouldn't have got online but shop closed at Bluewater :-( waste of £40 as I wont wear plus only tried on at home and strands were falling out, would definitely recommend the Deluxe range but standard ones are cheap and not full coverage at all.

Won't buy again
Ordered a straight piece which had their label cut off, sent them a picture of their product next to a piece of another notorious brand saying they had the exactly the same pattern where the hair are sewed together, with the exception that their label was cut off. They said I received a counterfeit item that must have ended up in their pile with a return and they were willing to send me a new one or refund me but for a refund I still had to send them back the piece (why shall I pack it and take it to the post office when they saw the pictures and described it as counterfeit?). It took almost a couple of weeks to agree on what substitute I wanted as their replies were slow and many pieces weren't available. I still appreciate that I did receive something of my choice at the end. I went for a straight wraparound pony tail (I think it s called Lily), which matted after only one use. One of the little "combs" to keep the ponytail in place got loose and I found it in my hair, the other one was just loose and the 2 clips on the side were loose as well. Anyways, I washed it with shampoo for hair extensions from lullabelz and it improved its condition a bit, but literally just for one more use, I had to throw it away after the second use. On top of this, on tik tok they colour matched me with one shade and on Instagram with a different shade. I bought a completely different shade to the 2 they suggested and was perfect for my hair... if I'm not wrong their new collection has different quality standards, so maybe their hair extensions will be more durable, but personally I won't risk it as I am disappointed. The positive note is that the customer service girl (I think her name is zoe) is polite, I think the replies were slow because they didn't quite know what to do with this counterfeit piece (this is what they called it) and perhaps a lot of people wanted to be colour matched via tik tok messages during their lives and it wasn't easy to keep up with everyone.

Quick to colour match not to refund…
I dm’ed for a colour match which they replied too really quickly. Unfortunately my item arrived fault, missing a clip. I filled out the contact form on the page asking for confirmation of a full refund due to its fault. A week later nothing so I emailed again. A few days later I dm’ed on instagram to chase and apparently their emails were “down”. It’s now been over 2 weeks since I initially reached out for a refund and I’ve heard nothing. Poor!

They took my money and I have no product…
I’ve have tried contacting the company on several occasions regarding an order sent back to them for an exchange in colour. Not only was an exchange never sent but they are impossible to get hold of….ive been trying since September and were not in February!!
I’d avoid at all costs!!
