Disgusting Customer Service and waste of money
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Riri Hair Extensions. I trusted their colour-matching service and spent £60 on extensions, a brush, and a hanger, only to receive the wrong shade. I followed their return policy as best as I could, emailing them the same day I received the order, yet I have been completely ignored.
I have emailed twice, messaged on Instagram and TikTok, and even reached out during their live streams—only to be repeatedly fobbed off with empty promises that "someone will help soon." Instead of actually assisting me, they keep directing me to TikTok Shop, even though I ordered from their website and do not have the option to contact the shop there. No one has taken responsibility, and it’s clear that this brand only cares about selling, not customer service.
The way the girls on live dismiss genuine concerns is disgraceful. They have no conscience when it comes to taking people's hard-earned money and then refusing to help when there’s an issue. I saved up to treat myself, and now I’m left £60 out of pocket with a product I cannot use.
If you care about good customer service, avoid this brand. They are happy to take your money but won’t lift a finger when things go wrong.

Hair matched really well and best quality synthetic extensions I’ve ever had. Quick delivery aswell, I didn’t expect to see so many negative reviews as my experience was really good, I purchased through a tt live and didn’t use the colour match thing I just went with what I thought would match and it did. These are top end of synthetic hair. Thanks.

RiRi Extensions messed up and won't fix the issue
I placed an order on the 28th of January during a live, whilst they were packing my order their live crashed. I was told if I ordered before 4:30pm it would turn up by Thursday (2 days later). Got a text message to say my order would be here on Saturday with my time slot. Annoying, but fine as I didn't need the items until Saturday so I didn't complain.
My 3 set bundle arrived, I tried the first one on which I was planning on wearing that day - fine. I check the other two and notice one of the sets is wrong so I immediately contact them to let them know they have made a mistake and that I'm happy to return the item they sent out in return for the one I ordered.
After 3 days back and forth on live chat with them as they have no contact number, they still have not been able to help. The only way for them to send me my correct order is for me to send the whole bundle back in return for a refund, for me to then re-order and then resend this out. As I had explained to them, I had used one of the 3 items and only one of the items were wrong I can't send it back as they won't refund me. Due to hair extensions being a "hygiene product" they are not allowed to do replacements apparently. Even though the incorrect item is still completely unopened in the packaging it arrived in.
They have confirmed there is nothing they can do to assist me, even though this is an error on their part and they've sent me an item I did not order.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's a shame because the quality of the products isn't bad but this overall experience has put me off ordering from them again.

Worst company ever!
This is exactly what RiRi hair do.. “Pressuring buyers to buy means using tactics to create a sense of urgency or scarcity, encouraging potential buyers to make a purchase decision quickly, often by highlighting limited availability, potential price increases, or other factors that could make them miss out on a good deal”
They constantly say the items are at a sale that’s a one off, 10mins later the items back at the same sale price. They’ll say only x amount in stock but you can add more than the x amount to your basket to buy! They’re constantly pressuring buyers to buy! They’re an awful company. The hair I ordered wasn’t even the correct colour!

worst company i’ve ever ordered from so disraspectfull and rude it’s disgusting had the phone hung up on me multiple times after trying to find out why they have sent me the wrong hair, it’s disgusting as someone who’s autistic and struggles as is to communicate over things like this to get the phone put down on me multiple times just because they can’t solve the issue they made by sending me the completely wrong hair in the completely wrong colour then expectimg me so spend another £70 because they can seem to grasp the concept that someone might need to order for someone else they are just money hungry and it’s vile the way they treat customers ignoring every message i sent to try and fix it and they just sent me the wrong everything it’s vile the way they treat customers

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I placed an order via tiktok. It never arrived and when asked they kept ignoring the question. They dont even bother apologising. I would avoid this company as it seems like they lied about sale order. The shipping was not even working so I got a refund after alot of chasing. Very disappointing. No customer care whatsoever. Shocking shocking shocking
Maybe the people of TikTok should come and read these reviews! The customer service is absolutely shocking! Sent the wrong colour…. I asked for honey blonde a number of times but instead of sorting this they are trying to charge me double what I paid for the same bundle!!!!

Very rude and scammy!
Very rude and scammy!! Don't trust them please, I sent my extension and never got my refund,, they don't reply to my emails on the website and Instagram. Cheap service and rude.. The extension I bought cost me £45 plus the post £6 to refund that extension.. The purpose of this trade is theft and reliance on tricks to obtain money!!! I give less than a star 👎👎
