Double charged and rude no refund
Ordered one half head extensionsn on 13/9/25 from riri extensions via TikTok live . I was charged twice 26.98 & 26.98£), received only one item, and when I raised it the seller claimed both items were delivered and then blocked me. I’ve reported to my bank and to Action Fraud. Be cautious. And very rude girls . Even when I went on the next live as I was being ignored for their mistake the girl kn live said stop with yhe negativity and blocked me.. negativity becauee they stole my money then insisted I had 2 extensions? As if I have time to be complaining online 🙄
As I cant reply on their reply I will edit it here my answer. The issue was with u not tiktok shop tbey told me to message you. And what u did is block me and call me.negative becauee u stole my money insisting I had 2 received when only one. Disgusting

Do not buy “human” hair extensions from…
Do not buy “human” hair extensions from this company! Ive bought a pack from them in October for £220, within 3-4 wears (with proper care mind you) the hair started to get extremely tangled and frizzy, making it impossible to wear without brushing it every 2 minutes! I have contacted the company several times but all they say is “14 day returns policy, hair must be unworn and unused”. The hair is clearly not a 100% remy human hair and literally resembles synthetic extensions now as the strands are thick and don't feel like real hair at all now. Ive even taken it to a hairdresser and asked if they can save the hair with any treatments, and within 2 seconds of touching the hair I was told there is no way those hairs are 100% real human hair. I will now be reporting them to trading standard for misleading advertising and fake goods.

Scamming company who don’t care about customers
I fell for all the TikTok lives promoting riri hair extensions. I ordered a ponytail off their website for £40. DPD did not deliver my parcel and returned to sender - as reflected in the tracking. Riri are refusing to acknowledge any of my emails requesting a resolution or refund - they delete my TikTok comments and ignore my comments in lives. It’s actually embarrassing. Pick a better company to order your hair extensions from and not one with the customer service of a brick wall

LAKESIDE STORE
Went into the riri hair extension shop in lakeside and haven’t had hair extensions before nor knew much about them, was interested in clip ins and I have short, fine hair when going into the store, I was all interested and excited, and immediately was greeted with dirty looks by the reception girl with black hair, she told me to turn around and looked at my hair and told me off the bat I’d need to pay £250+ for human hair extensions, was NOT friendly at all! The other colleague she was with was lovely, smiley and helped me out. But I was DISGUSTED with the way I was treated by the previous member of staff, even when fitting the hair on my head she was just glaring at me from the view in the mirror. She even sat there eating her lunch, how unprofessional in my opinion. Once trying the hair on I left, just felt quite disappointed and upset by the end of it.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Extensions I’ve Ever Tried
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt I had to warn others. I’ve tried other synthetic hair brands before and none have been as bad as Riri Extensions. The extensions arrived damaged – several clips were broken right out of the package, and the hair itself felt cheap and tangled easily.
I reached out to the company multiple times via email about the faulty product , but they completely ignored me. No response, no apology, nothing. The lack of customer service was just as bad as the product quality. I would strongly advise avoiding this brand – there are much better options out there.

All these comments about how good the quality of the hair they sell must be by the riri hair team lol. Spent £220 on their human hair extensions just for it to get all tangled and shed after 4 wears. No matter how good I took care of the hair its just really bad quality and was such a waste of money, i wish i bought from another company that is actually reliable. Customer service is just as awful.
