The installation was fine but the…

The installation was fine but the service is out more than in. We call customer service and they can never give a time for estimated repair. This is not a good situation when you have a medical home device that connects to the internet to report to doctors office.

Much need improvement

We had this installed in our Beach House and kill Devil Hills and the installation went really well but from there it’s been horrible. You can’t get a hold of customer service. You send them emails. No I called you back. Watched a movie just last night in the last two minutes to the movie cut out not happy. It’s a constant constant lag and we have only one TV that we’re even using so I’m not really sure if it’s supposed to be the best fibre-optic not sure but thinking of cancelling next week had to reboot everything now my Google nest is not working. My cameras are not working. It’s a cluster so I don’t recommend unless they come out and fix it which I’m still waiting for a phone call. Highly disappointed.

Ripple Fiber, were digging in my yard and cut my Comcast cable, innet, and Tellphone land line, all at once!!! was not happy. did not say nothing, till i told the work men , i have no service. had to call comcast to fix it which took 3 days . thanks a Lot Ripple Fiber. Zero stars, for YOU!!!!

The worst

The worst. Have been calling the customer service for weeks. To get the fiber line which has been running down the road from a neighbors house removed. I cancelled the service weeks ago they come today to bury a line that is supposed to be removed. Call customer service again and they say two weeks two weeks. I'm getting nothing but the runaround useless company.

6 Weeks in and the internet service is as advertized!

The in-home install was amazingly complete and thorough. I've had Ripple for about 6 weeks and have had only one outage and that was planned, communicated ahead of time.

So far, the speeds have been at the price that I'm paying (something that NEVER happened with my previous ISP)

My only negative issue is I've not been able to get logged into their android mobile app/page. The mobile support team hasn't been able to figure it out but I still can access the web page.

This is by far the worst ISP

This is by far the worst internet service provider we’ve ever had. We live in Bonterra in Indian Trail, and it took nearly two months—mid-February through April—with little to no communication just to get our service up and running.

Since then, we’ve experienced constant outages and the same poor communication. Technicians never let us know we’re on their schedule, and when they do show up, many of them openly express frustration with Ripple. My wife works from home, so reliability is critical, yet this past weekend the service went out for several hours Friday, nearly the entire day Saturday, and then again in the middle of a party we hosted to watch the first NFL Sunday.

Customer support is dismissive and unhelpful. Agents tell us no one can assist until a weekday, that there are “no on-call techs,” only to suddenly claim one is on the way—and then no one ever shows up.

I’m sharing this in hopes it helps anyone considering this company make the right decision: avoid Ripple at all costs.

Why can I not give a Zero star review

Why can I not give a Zero star review? They don't deserve a 1 star review. Internet was down for over 2 months - paying for 2GB and getting 50 Meg when it does work, which is not very often. The call center number (800) 359-5767 is completely useless. You get a person that reads from a script and does absolutely nothing to resolve the issues.

Never works at night

During the day time the internet has worked great but consistently overnight it goes out for hours. Also has been multiple weeks and the line still isn't buried, sitting in the front lawn. Only been a month and might already switch

Poor start

7-16-25 Construction began in my neighborhood. I now have red mud all across the lower portion of my just pressure washed driveway. With this at the start, they can forget about me being a customer.

Horrible experience- buyer be ware

The service was unable to connect my devices to the network. After several attempts by their technicians still unable to connect a simple wireless device. By the way this simple wireless device works just fine on other service providers network with ease. A TV would not connect and my garage door video keypad would not connect. The timeliness of the technicians and return calls were less than desirable. Buyer be ware

Try any other company first

Ripple Fiber
I would not recommend. They are a complete failure of a company. 5+ attempts to get internet installed at my house. They missed 3 appointments, were hours late for the next two appointments, and still could not do the job. I understand they are a new company and have problems they need to work out. My opinion is they are a worthless communications company who fails to communicate with the customer.

Danny Serrano will offer you a free 3 months. Call him but good luck getting it installed. (864) 294-7430
