Products are good value and customer service responsive and efficient. I was sent an incorrect item but the error was rectified immediately after emailing the company to notify them of it.

Fantastic company. I purchase glasses from them now on a regular basis. Great pricing and such a wide range of styles. The next day delivery is perfect for me and if issues come up, like any broken glasses ( bound to happen from time to time) they have an amazing customer service.

Prompt delivery however during transport two items were damaged. Contacted customer service and they arranged replacements and they arrived the next day.

First time on Rinkit.
Simple order: two 6ft tables.
Rinkit delivered: one 6ft table and one 4ft table.
An incredibly time consuming and frustratingly convoluted process to try and get them to fix their error.

Very quick service and lovely customer support. Everything is packaged great with plenty of protection. Unfortunately I had two dishes arrive broken but it was middle dishes so may have got some pressure during transit. Rinkit were fast to respond (Ana) and send out replacements. Would absolutely shop again! Also their prices are competitive with Tesco, Debenhams and other stores. Great place to shop with online!

There was a minor fault with a product I received, however they quickly resolved and presented a very good solution. I am amazed by their efficient and very helpful service and quality products. They are my go to online supplier. Well done RinKit! 5*

Ordered some shelving via B&Q from Rinkit and it arrived with one of the pieces missing. I got in touch by email and they replied within minutes and offered to send out a new set of shelves which arrived the following day. Customer service was excellent, not experienced anything like that for several years - a refreshing change and will be shopping with them again next time I need anything for the home

Love the website. Lots of products you won't find elsewhere. Well priced with great delivery.
I purchased some coffee mugs back in 2024. Recently, my wife was making a brew and one of them developed a hairline split with the temperature change. I contacted them via their customer services email and asked if there was anything they could do. Long story short, in a few days I will receive an offer exact replacement mug from them and we couldn't be happier! We will be buying from these guys again. My wife and I wish them the greatest success. Great company.

Assistance from customer service (sales@) enabled knowledge that an order had been split into 3 rather than 2, so last one delivered by next delivery. The back-up really helped ease concerns away about where all items were!!

Goods delivered on time, one glass was broken. 1 email later and they would send a replacement. Response time was excellent.

Bought a wooden breadboard from Rinkit which developed a crack after a couple of weeks. This can happen with wooden products. I sent a quick email with a picture to Rinkit. I reply was sent to me the same day saying a replacement is on its way. Two days later it arrived. They didn't want the faulty one returned.
Excellent customer service and fast response. Will use this company again.

Brilliant service, ordered lots of glasses from Rinkit over the years, occasionally when delivered one or two might have got broken in transit but it’s never a problem to get replacements, really quick and friendly service. Will continue to use and would recommend Rinkit :)

Rinkit have been excellent - top class service, when there was a small issue, and really lovely kitchenware - quite a different special mediterranean feel to it. Friends commented on how much they liked it. It is the first time i have used Rinkit and i will happily return.

Original purchase arrived next working day. In use it appeared it had been damaged, probably in transit. Rinkit agent immediately dispatched a replacement. Excellent service!

I always buy from this company. I buy raised beds for my allotment and I'm probably on my 7th order by now.
The quality is excellent, delivery is next day and the product is really good quality. I recently ordered the wrong colour product and it was swapped straight away. I would thoroughly recommend this company to everyone and two other allotmenteers are already great fans. Keep up the great work. 5 stars all the way!

Ordered from Rinkit via Amazon. Item didn’t arrive within the specified time so I no longer needed it (ordered for a holiday). Spoke to Amazon who contacted Rinkit and asked them to refund me.
Rinkit contacted me and refused a refund. The item was now apparently out for delivery. I was told to return the item if no longer needed but I was expected to pay for the return! I pushed back on having to pay to return something that was rendered useless due to it not being delivered within their own stated timescales. I was then told I could refuse to accept the item when it was delivered. Also not helpful considering I am now on the holiday I’d ordered the item for so not at home to accept or indeed refuse the delivery!
So, the item has been “delivered” to my doorstep in my absence.
The most basic of customer service should be to be able to at least return for free under these circumstances but sadly this company clearly have no interest in customer care or satisfaction. A quick look at the company’s review comments on Amazon (I should have done that before ordering!) show that delivery issues like this are extremely common as is the company’s poor attitude.
