We specialise in both new and pre-owned pianos, offering a carefully chosen range of acoustic uprights, grand pianos, digital pianos and portable digital pianos. Every instrument we sell is selected with quality, musical value and long-term satisfaction in mind. Our aim is not simply to sell a piano, but to help each customer choose the right instrument with confidence. Our pre-owned pianos are an especially important part of what we do. We regularly acquire older instruments for restoration and resale, giving well-made pianos a new life and offering customers access to beautifully prepared instruments with character and value. This careful approach also reflects our belief in sustainability and in the lasting worth of a good piano. At Rimmers Music, service is just as important as the instrument itself. Our team is trained regularly and has extensive product knowledge, enabling us to guide customers with clear, honest and practical advice. Whether you are a beginner, an advancing pianist, a teacher, a parent, or a professional musician, we take the time to understand your needs and recommend the most suitable piano for your home, school or performance setting. We also understand that buying a piano often requires a delivery service that is every bit as professional as the sales process. For smaller items, we use trusted delivery partners, and for acoustic upright and grand pianos we provide a specialist delivery and installation service handled by experienced professionals. These instruments are moved, delivered and positioned with the care, attention and expertise they deserve. Alongside piano sales, we have also established Rimmers Music Schools across the UK, where students of all ages receive one-to-one tuition in purpose-built teaching spaces. We offer piano, keyboard and music theory lessons, and we are proud to support students whether they wish to learn for enjoyment or work towards examinations. For added flexibility, we also provide access to our exclusive online lessons. Beautiful piano and helpful customer service

The team from Rimmers Music responded quickly when I contacted them with an enquiry. I then went on to purchase a digital piano through their website and the process was very easy and straightforward with delivery arranged for the day that I had requested. Beautiful instrument, extremely pleased and particularly thank you for the helpful video demonstration of the product which is available online, which helped me make the right choice for our family.

Yamaha PRS SX920 WOW.

Yamaha PRS SX920 ordered online Wednesday afternoon Feb 4th here Thursday morning Feb 5th; fantastic service.

Ordering was very easy indeed paying by PayPal; it was the cheapest I could find and with free next day delivery; since buying it's been reduced in price by £20 making it even cheaper.

Money isn't everything; what a brilliant arranger keyboard this is in fact to a 78 year old keyboard novice like me it's overwhelming but I'm slowly getting used to finding my way around using it; fortunately there are many excellent YouTube videos demonstrating it in depth.

With 61 keys it fits nicely into the corner of my front room allowing immediate access for a practice session. It's light enough to lift and move around.

It brings so much joy and interest into my life; money well spent.

Competitive price and swift delivery

Around 10 years ago we bought an upright Boston from Rimmers for delivery to Belgium and we were very satisfied. Now, buying a portable Kawaii ES120, once again Rimmers emerged as the most competitively priced at £519 (although annoyingly I have just seen it on sale in Bath, near where we now live, for £495!). Once again the purchase process and delivery were straightforward and we are really pleased with the instrument.

I've loved Rimmer's online demos for a long time but this is the first time I've shopped with you. A very positive experience and one I'd happily repeat!

Excellent service

Very helpful. Very quick delivery. Well packaged and easy to assemble with help. Good quality product so far. Very much enjoying learning to play the piano.

Excellent service

We bought a Nord Stage 2 which was unfortunately damaged in transit. Pete could not have been more proactive and helpful and after attempting to resolve the fault with us over the phone, offered a full refund. Excellent service. Galaxy Thief band

I purchased the Yamaha P-223 digital…

I purchased the Yamaha P-223 digital piano bundle, including the stand, adjustable bench, and headphones, at a great online price. The customer service was excellent. When I had a payment card issue and my order was cancelled, the staff contacted me promptly by both email and telephone. That level of communication is exactly what you want when shopping online.

1st Class Service from Rimmers

I am very impressed with the service. The Customer Service line was very helpful from my initial enquiry through to purchase. The piano was delivered sooner than expected and the crew that delivered and assembled it were very efficient. I would highly recommend Rimmers and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
