Extremely prompt delivery of my digital piano in excellent condition. This is the second time I've purchased from Rimmers, just over 10 years apart, and the service has been great both times. I'll happily use them again.

I recently purchased the Yamaha CLP-825 digital piano from Rimmers Music, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This is a fantastic piano that I would confidently recommend to everyone. If you’re a beginner, it’s an excellent place to start, and the quality is high enough that you won’t feel the need to upgrade anytime soon. At the same time, it’s more than capable for intermediate players, which makes it a really worthwhile investment.

My purchasing experience was just as impressive as the instrument itself. Although the piano was initially out of stock, the store kept me informed and arranged almost next-day delivery as soon as it became available again. The delivery service was outstanding — the delivery person went above and beyond, even helping move the piano up to the next floor.

Overall, both the product and the service were exceptional. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Rimmers Music to anyone looking to buy a piano.

Bought a digital piano. It was the cheapest I could find the particular model online. It arrived the next day.

Everything arrived very quickly and as ordered. Nothing to mark them down for.

I thought Rimmers Music were superb. I ordered the piano on the weekend and it was with me early in the week.

I think my experience was slightly marred by the product, the sound of which is rather disappointing. While this is not really something any seller can do much about, I do not have a piano showroom within about 50 miles of where I live so I had to rely on reviews and sound samples and this piano sounds nothing like them - product reviews are so important and I would have expected manufacturers to have this nailed in today's digital retail environment. It will certainly not be my 'piano for life'.

Having said that, this will serve my needs for now and I will happily order from Rimmers again when the time is right

The delivery was next day for 3 of 4 items (with the missing item being the smallest!) but the main thing preventing 5 stars was that there was no tracking.

I made the order and it arrived very quick, the only problem is that there isn't a music rest with this item, I can't reed music so I don't need one but for those who can it is extra cost for them. I would use one if I had one but i'm not going to pay extra for one

I purchased a psrsx920 ordered on Friday delivered on Monday. All staff I spoke to were friendly and informative. Glad I went to Rimmers.

Didn’t end up purchasing from there but I was extremely impressed by the service when I enquired about a piano. They called me straight away and gave me all the information I needed and were always on point to answer any of my questions.

I wasn't home for over a month and they were able to keep my piano stand in their storage throughout the time. Customer service was very thoughtful and kept checking on me with delivery. When I finally reached home again, they arranged delivery very soon and it was a next working day delivery.

Cheapest price available for our new Yamaha piano, delivered free next day as promised even though it was just before Christmas. When there was an invoice problem in getting cashback from Yamaha on their special offer Rimmer's replied to my email within half an hour with the necessary extra documentation. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
