Having had to contact Riley regarding some technical information I can honestly say that they’re couldn’t do enough to assist. Superb customer service.

Purchased a second battery for my RS2, the battery arrived quickly but unfortunately came with the new blade connecter and not the older round one that my RS2 has. I contacted Riley and they were very helpful arranging pickup of the incompatible battery and then sending out the correct older round connecter model.

The RS2 is a great long range commuter scooter offering a good blend of being comfortable due to the 10 inch air tires, light weight, portable and has decent range. For me its star feature is the swappable battery's.

I'm around 80kg and on the fastest mode (FF) I get 16.2 miles range out of a full charge, where I live is quite hilly, I'm sure I would get more if set to one of the slower modes.

Having the option of the second battery is really useful, it means that if I've been using the scooter for errands and need to go out again, I can just swap the battery to the fully charge one without waiting for the depleted battery to charge or allows me to go on long trips with the second battery in my backpack for a true real world total range at full speed of 32 miles.

We brought four of these scooters for a holiday camp company to run activities for children 3-13 years old. children as young as 7 could use these in Eco mode which was very easy to change speeds instantly. The ability to change the battery was very easy and gave us a chance to charge one battery while the other was being used. Each battery lasted longer than expected. The company have been very efficient in responding to any quires and delivering the scooters.

I ordered the RS2 Riley Scooter, I did a lot of research and found this to be the best option out there for value for money. It arrived quickly, once unpacked I charged it and was ready to go, it rides smooth and has a really good range.

Super fun to ride and is great for those times where it's a bit too far to walk but you don't want to waste time or money on public transport or an Uber (...in my case being snack runs far too often!)

Quick delivery and safely packaged. After charging it's pretty much ready to go...and go it certainly does! Highly recommended - wear a helmet though as it's fast!

I just wanted to give this review to let others know that I highly recommend Riley Scooters. My son received his RS2 scooter the next day and has loved it ever since. It's a great design and was well worth the money. The scooter is durable and easily stored when not in use!
I also want to mention the great service from Hayden and the team. We needed a new tyre and I didn't know how to do this, so we emailed and we got a reply really quickly and they helped me order it and the tyre was with me within a day. Hayden was very friendly, efficient, and very helpful and didn't make me feel silly for not being able to sort out myself.

Received my order just a couple of days ago and love the product so much I had to share my experience. I ordered an RS2 and it came next day. I was pleasantly surprised! As soon as it came I took it out to test it and it’s amazing. It’s sleek design and detachable battery make it so easy to take around. I am quite tall and I have tried some e-scooters in the past and the stem is so short, however with my Riley scooter that is not a problem. Lovely scooter and would 100% recommend.

Purchased a Riley Scooter RS1 online and was delivered next day. Speedy service with great customer care and a great product. Can cope with hills and I am 95kg the 350w motor is a must. Powerful Panasonic battery gets me everywhere!

I bought an RS2 a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The detachable battery makes charging so easy, I can store my scooter in the garage and charge the battery in the house. I use it to commute to work everyday and the range is perfect for me! I have no complaints, the customer service has been great and I received my scooter the next day!

I bought this RS2 as a way to adventure and explore in nature again due to long term ill health and incapacity. I’ve ridden it through woodland, over grass and gravel tracks and I’ve surfed the tarmac on it. I absolutely love it! It feels like its given me the ability to live again :)
