Right Reg Anmeldelser

Despite my early qualms Kevin remained professional and polite.
I am delighted with the dealings I have had with Right reg ☺️

I had been toying with the idea of buying a Private Plate for some time and eventually decided to go for it.

I found the registration I wanted, but which company to buy from? After a lot of research and reading reviews I decided on RightReg and I'm really glad I did.

I placed my order and paid the deposit to reserve the registration. Shortly after this I received a call from Kevin confirming the order was in process and the new plates had been despatched. He asked me if I had a vehicle to which I would like my Private Plate assigned to. I gave Kevin the details and he liaised with DVLA to get the number transferred.

Notification from DVLA was received within half an hour of Olivia confirming receipt of my full payment. The number plates were also received the same day, complete with fixings.

The whole process was completed within 48 hours, and I received the replacement V5C from DVLA within a week.

I cannot recommend RightReg highly enough. Kevin and his team made the whole transaction quick and trouble free, and the plates look great on the car.

I'd highly recommend Right Reg for anyone looking to buy or sell a cherished plate. The team are very customer focussed and a pleasure to work with. They keep you updated and informed of progress with the transaction and I've really enjoyed the experience of dealing with Right Reg on a number of occasions now.

Kevin was very helpful in liaising an offer and arranging the sale of my numberplate. Excellent service provided by Right Reg

I purchased a registration number from right reg, this was the first time I had used them and had a completely 10/10 service. They made the whole process easy and stress free for me and took care of everything from start to finish. Would recommend Kevin and olly to anyone looking or thinking about a private registration. Would definitely use these guys for all future purchases.

Placed my reg certificate with Right Reg to sell on my behalf. Appeared on their website with value I requested. Around 12/15 months later a sale was arranged and the certificate was sold and money received within 24hrs. Excellent service on their part after a buyer was found.

100% recommend Right Reg. Kept me informed at all stages of the number purchase and even got the retention document renewed at DVLA prior to sending it out. Excellent service.

Highly recommend Right Reg - came across the perfect plate for my son - one digit different from my own plate, which I've had for 25 years. A great find! Kevin was highly professional and great to deal with. Price wise - absolutely brilliant. Speedy, efficient service and the whole process was done within a couple of days. Do not hesitate to use this company, they are first class.

Well this company is a real hidden gem.
I was looking to purchase a plate for my newly purchased car.
After much research into what plate I wanted it then came down to where to purchase the plate from?
After making contact with several dealers there was a clear winner as to where I was going to spend my money.
Right Reg were right on point with customer service. My initial enquiry was replied to in a good timely manner.
I then phoned to see what type of service I received and I was more than happy with these guys.
I then decided to make the purchase and everything went through very smoothly.
From paying for the plate to having it on my car was genuinely next day!
That included purchasing the actual physical plates to display on the car. Yes they even do high quality plates.
These guys are polite, not at all pushy, accurate with their time frame for getting the deal done and generally fantastic at delivering good old fashioned customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world.

Very easy and nice people to deal with and had my payment within 2 working days

There is a lot of trust needed when selling a registration plate and I will admit I was nervous about handing over paperwork before payment. I am also aware of people who have been conned out of their plates and lost ownership and received no payment.
Right Reg however were excellent!
Friendly, helpful, informative, trustworthy and reliable.
Payment was received as soon as they received my paperwork
I highly recommend Right Reg

Great company to deal with lots of communication and easy transaction.

Great help from start to finish with purchasing a plate. The team went over and above to organise the plate to arrive on a specific date. Communication was spot on the whole way through this process. Would highly recommend.

Kevin and Ollie were superb in selling my plate, They went above and beyond keeping me informed on the progress.
From the initial chat about selling to finding a buyer was excellent.
I would'nt hesitate in recommending them to anyone selling or buying a private plate.
Thanks Guys really appreciate the way you made this so easy.

RightReg made me the best offer for the plates I was selling for my elderly father and Oliver was very helpful with advice about selling.
