Absolutely joke this is. Been a week still my money not recived. Everyday same joke when they reply here this is on priority we are sorting it. This has to be one of the worse betting website if it is real. No one knows these fraud they been promising same thing everyday.can you guys give clearity are you gonna pay money or not? Or when u gonna pay need simple clarity . Otherwise i can take legal action against u guys… i dont need this reply email us this and that i am tired of this rubbish. Otherwise u will get humiliate everyday here like this.

So 5th day of review against these fraud
So still no withdrawal recived now you get in touch with customer service they start hanging up, they everyday say on review reply the looking this as priority but nothing happen. They also said they look well being really well and care for customer. Its been now a week not able to see any difference. Can everybody report these fraud so another people dont join this website as these lot scammers

Avoid at all literal 'costs' in my case

So the site was down for approximately a week , and we were told our funds were secure blah blah ........ i had 2 bets which settled on 6/6/26 which won totalling £264.85 ---- the site is now back up and bets show as 'won' in bet history but my balance is £0.00 .
This is disgraceful customer service and they are now ignoring my emails.
I am fortunate to have friends at both IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission so will be filing my evidence with them both tomorrow and getting the complaint's started quickly.
RIGHTBET - DO the 'RIGHT' thing, credit my £264.85 !

Getting worried now

Same as the other reviews.. not been able to get on for over 40 hours now.. I have money in my account and when I message the support they just say it's a technical issue and ther is no time frame for fix at the moment. Hope I haven't lost my money ☹️

SITE DOWN FOR DAYS ON END WITH MONEY STUCK!

Site has been down for 40 hours now with no explanation but the word "maintenance"on a blank white screen... No regular scheduled maintenance takes 40 hours.

Customer support are also ignoring any correspondence asking for reasonable information or an update with them also refusing to lodge formal complaints!

They supposedly can't even provide a manual withdrawal for any funds which adds on to the multiple breaches of UKGC legislation.

I'd strongly advise everyone to stay well away from this site as your money could be held for days on end with no correspondence!

Website down for over 3 days!

Website down for good knows how long now and they don’t even answer emails properly or seek to want to help. Go on live chat and wait to be connected to get a message and automatically then disconnected!!!

Poor site with sister sites.my account was closed after placing a bet on a world snooker championships. They arent bookmakers in the traditional way. Closed account after 1 day
