Bilal was really accommodating and helpful!

Bilal had been great throughout my room search although I didn’t ended up getting any room due to the checklist i had for a room i was looking for. But he helped me by sending lots of information of different properties and explaining of everything on the viewing i went for. Good service!

Bilal was excellent and helpful in my search for a room to rent. He's very friendly and goes to great lengths to find the right match between tenant and room.

Bilal was a huge help to me across 2 different properties while I was trying to find a room moving from Ireland to London. Even though I didn't end up going with the rooms he showed me, he was extremely cooperative, understanding, and communicated really well throughout my whole process. Would gladly look to rent a room from him again.

Avoid…
They were very unhelpful. We moved in to our flat and it hadn’t even been cleaned, infested with ants.

Very unresponsive except when wanting money.

Also EA maintenance and management - this is the company who are meant to deal with maintenance issues. The people who work here are extremely rude and condescending. They need some lessons in customer service and perhaps they need to grow up again and learn some manners.

If you can please avoid both of these companies to save yourself any future problems…

Warning! You might become homeless with them! If you put a holding deposit down, it does not secure the room. However, if you change your mind, you loose your holding deposit!
I came back from holidays abroad and Right Room told me the room is not available anymore despite my holding deposit. So they made me homeless on my return from holidays abroad and the exact same day when I was supposed go to work!
They refused any compensation.
If you dare negotiate and decline their unfavourable terms, one of their employees, Usman, will threat you to use your employer contact details you gave for background check, to report you to your employer (for what? not sure). See photo.
The company refused to take any actions against Usman or even apology for his misconduct.
The only positive thing is they refund my holding deposit which is the bare minimum after making me homeless on my return from holidays.

TRY YOUR BEST TO STAY AWAY. Not only are the agents quite dodgy given the fact the he completely airs me once I am settled in the contract, they work with another property manager called EA Property, and these guys are the worst. The lady who managed my flat was extremely disrespectful and refuses zero help for example with clogged sinks that has built up previously. When it comes to rent, they are extremely quick to contact and reply, one guy even shouted and threatened me with contacting the landlord and my guarantor to pay more months upfront. They will find every possible way to rip you off, please stay away

This company wants to charge you £300 before showing you the place. I refuse due to another bad experience and guess what? I get to see the loft in a shared accomodation and told that I have to earn £41,000 or have a £30,000 in savings for the said property. This wasn't stated anywhere on their site. Apart from the bad musty smell in the shared areas and the dirty staircase and kitchen, the loft was nice and new but the landlord seems to be a pretentious & abusive. They wanted £1200 for a loft which has no wardrobe. Then agent contacted me again and wanted to offer me another room in a less desirable area - again because in his opinion I didn't earn enough. Agent has been chasing me for 3 months!

I recently helped a friend look for a room and dealt with Mo from Right Room in the process. He was polite, professional and worked hard to get the best deal possible for my friend. Highly recommend.
