I would highly NOT recommend them. Look it’s simple if you love to gamble then these guys are perfect for you. They tell you a price, then you put a deposit down so you can secure the place for you and just as you get ready to pack for the new place they’ll call saying; others are offering more money. Which makes me wonder what’s the point of a holding deposit if you’re holding nothing, it’s just to enter their little bidding contest. And if you’re wondering how the story goes get ready to offer more and more to see who wins the room. I want to recommend they rename their business to eBay-Rooms !!!

bilal was really helpful and friendly while showing the room. hazel and usman were both friendly and informative during the referencing/documents process and were quick to respond and answer my enquiries. all in all a positive experience

hey, I have rent a room at canary wharf for 6 months and the experience was very positive. even though coming from France they have managed to arrange everything very good. Especial thanks for Hazel and Mishy and also all the people of the company involved in the process. Room was exactly like the pictures. Always received receipts of payments and right room staff always answered my questions and guide me during the process.

So far no problems. Moved in smoothly, very nice and understanding people. The letting agency near Kings Cross has super fun wall decor. Bilal helped me find my flat and walked me through the entire process.

I was trying bto find a property fulfilling all my needs and then I found Right Room and through the company I was contacted through Bilal who listened to all my needs and understood them perfectly. He is so calm and composed, never in a hurry and treats his clients like what a true professional must. The whole process which he undertook right from viewing to finalising the agreement and then after move in he was asking if there are any issues. It was nice to be associated with Right Room and a pleasure to witness Bilal as a person.

Just the worst. Their agents were unresponsive unless it was about payment, they messed up multiple times during the booking process and Bilal was a nightmare to deal with, the room was dirty and a cleaner only arrived once I moved in so I just cleaned it myself.

Bilal was great in sending various properties and keeping me up to date on properties on the market.
