Well first of all Stephen is an awesome guy. His energy is through the roof. The love & compassion he has as a musician is awesome. What can I say about his energy love compassion & time that he takes with each of his students. I did this 5 day class to help me with my Masterclass which I am a member of also. The reason I wanted to do this was to help me with the Masterclass. You see I’ve been having a lot of help issues. So I thought taking this class would help me & it did tremendously. I really think that you should do more of these 5 day classes. I know they helped a lot of people. Thank you all for everything thing.

Stephen Ridley goes above and beyond to give valuable content paired with genuine enthusiasm that makes learning piano fun. I already had purchased his piano masterclass, and his 5-day challenge got me up to speed much faster in an easy to follow format. Also his pro tips make playing sound so much better. If you want to be playing piano quickly with solid fundamentals, buy his courses.

The program is really good. It constantly engages me where I am at. The challenge usually seems appropriate and I know that both my knowledge of music and my ability to play piano increases weekly. Sometimes the noticeable increase is slight and other times like a major breakthrough BUT I AM learning. Efficiencies are taught - usually NOT shortcuts. The instructors are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled at teaching. I look forward to the sessions. It gives me purpose. A great hobby. I cannot help but give it high recommendation to anything put out by the Ridley Academy.

It really works, never played piano before and now I'am a musician.😉🎹

I tried learning piano when I was 10. I quit when I was 13. That was 61 years ago. I quit because it was too hard. 14 months ago after retiring, I found a video by The Ridley Academy. It changed my life. I'm now taking the Masterclass and am about 70% through. The building block approach Stephen Ridely created IS AMAZING. It's easy but requires 10 to 20 minutes a day to see progress. I'm seeing that progress although I've missed a couple of weeks at a time during the 14 months I've been in it. But IT WORKS. I've learned all the major scales, minor scales and major and minor chords. I'm starting to read and write music. I can't say enough HOW GOOD THE COURSE AND THE RIDLEY ACADEMY ARE. STEPHEN IS INSPIRATIONAL. HIS IT STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS THERE. IT'S WELL WORTH THE PRICE !!!!!

I've been taking piano lessons for 7 years and I resolved myself to the fact that I would never be able to get through a song without making a great deal of mistakes! The Ridley Academy has changed that, with a whole different way of learning! I can incorporate it with what I already know! Steven Ridley is a fabulous loving person who wants to teach!!

I recently started the Piano Masterclass and I am thoroughly enjoying it! Stephen teaches with so much heart and energy! His enthusiasm inspires me. Stephen describes things in a way that is relatable and easy to understand. My favorite teacher!

However, I have completed Easy Piano in Five Days. The only song I knew on the piano when I started was chopsticks! By the end of Easy Piano in Five Days, I was able to perform my own song (beginner-level) using chords, notes, piano tips learned during the training, and two hands!

Stephen is a wonderful teacher!
He obviously loves his craft and enjoys sharing what has brought him so much joy, and literally changed his life. Stephen is raw, vulnerable, and encouraging. Stephen speaks from his heart. He is kind, generous, high energy, and incredibly inspiring! His team is experienced, caring, and extremely supportive as well!

Stephen Ridley's revolutionary method of teaching piano is a priceless treasure. Engaging with him or just watching this enigmatic genius play, one can't help but respond to his infectious joy and be moved by his exuberance. He has systematically reduced the ineffective, complicated and antiquated way of learning to play piano to an exciting artform. His program delivers! I am forever grateful that I was led to this phenomenal program. It empowers you, making you feel that you ARE a musician. When I sit down at my piano, I feel competent. Even though I am inconsistent right now (I don't recommend this if you want to be a serious piano player). Yet I know I can play anytime I like and feel happy to entertain myself because I have been given the tools to achieve more when I am ready. On top of this, he and his team are so responsive to you. Incomparable. I wholeheartedly endorse the Ridley piano method. It more than pays for itself, bringing your innate musical ability to life! This awesome guy is the real deal!

I enjoyed taking the 5 day Piano Challenge lessons. I learned a lot in this short five days. Especially how to compose your own song. Stephen was very engaging instructor in every lesson. The lessons was in bite size structure not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who would like to get started in their journey!

A Life-Changing Piano Experience: Ridley Academy Is Pure Brilliance!

I just completed Steve Ridley’s 5-day piano course at Ridley Academy, and I am honestly blown away. I have spent years taking traditional piano lessons, grinding through scales, theory, long practice sessions, and never getting results that felt easy, fun, or natural. In five short days, Steve opened the easy access door to the piano for me in a way no one else ever has. I am having fun with playful beautiful music now.

Steve has brilliantly distilled piano playing into a simple, intuitive, ridiculously accessible method. For the first five days we stayed in the key of C, no sharps or flats, and he taught us chords, improvisation, how to create our own beautiful sounding music, how to accompany ourselves while singing, how to warm up the voice, how to add drum mixes, and even how to find a piano for free or for a great price. It was comprehensive, practical, and honestly fun.

What struck me most is that Steve teaches from his heart. He is enthusiastic and kind, and he has that rare gift of making you feel capable from the very first moment. He is so likable, genuine, and encouraging that you cannot help but succeed.

The results? Stunning. I am now able to sit at my piano and play music that stops people in their tracks. Friends walk into my home and say, “That’s beautiful, I didn’t know you played piano?” My husband has watched me practice, and after ONE short session of simply observing what I learned for a couple of minutes, he was able to play a full song with chords—and he has never been able to make sense of the piano. He doesn’t know the note names and previously could only poke at keys with one finger. After two minutes of watching me improvise, he could improvise too, and he was completely amazed by how good he sounded (honestly, I was too).

I’m actually kind of annoyed at all of my past piano teachers. Years and years of traditional lessons never gave me results like this. I wish I had learned this way from the beginning. Steve’s method made me into an enthusiastic musician—an actual artist—almost instantly (I know it sounds ridiculous but honestly within five minutes I was playing really nice music).

If you are even thinking about learning piano, or if you’ve tried before and given up, or if you’ve taken lessons for years and feel stuck, uncreative, unmotivated… take this course. Ridley Academy is great. This has been the most joyful and easy!!!! musical experience of my life.

I am so beyond thankful for Stephen, my coach Rex, the whole Ridley Academy team and all the beautiful people that are apart of the mentorship community! I have always wanted to learn the piano since I was 4 years old. At 4, I begged my mom to teach me (she took lessons as a kid, and can play pretty well). My mom told me there was no way she could ever teach me and didn't pay for lessons. At 9, I found my dad's guitar in the basement and asked him to teach me with the same response. I wanted to learn the piano and guitar to accompany the songs I made. I was a very misunderstood kid that was told I was too much, too emotional, too loud, too different. I wasn't good at communicating my emotions with words and music has always been my coping mechanism and my way of connecting with others. I didn't find out until I was almost 30 years old that I'm neurodivergent and gifted. I started the mentorship program alittle less than a year and a half ago. Within 3 months I was playing a couple songs when I went to the Veterans (VA) Hospital. The first time I played at the VA hospital I had a women come up to me after playing Save Me by Jelly Roll. She told me that her dad (Vietnam vet) had just started rehab and not doing well but that the song was a source of comfort so she FaceTimed him during my playing. She said he felt so much comfort and was inspired to finish rehab and turn over a new leaf. Since then everytime I play for others in person and online I receive so much love and so many people telling me I brought comfort, healing and/or inspiration. My ability to play piano and sing has become a beautiful coping skill that has gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life. It has allowed me to comfort family, friends and strangers through their hardest moments and inspire other to pursue their dreams. My music has inspired my child who is also very musical to start to learn the piano. I love that my child comes to me to make up an arrangement for the songs she makes by singing. My mother rediscovered her love of the piano through my playing and singing. Now I'm currently working on my first album. I really just feel so blessed and I will never stop being thankful to the whole Ridley Team for helping me make my dreams into a reality and being so supportive along the way! I would recommend them to anyone that wants to learn the piano, even if you have tried to learn before. The program is not like tradition music education. They break it down into small steps that anyone can do.

I’ve been wanting to learn the piano for a long while now and my mom saw this opportunity and got me the class. I’ve been working every day on learning to play since Monday. I have a lot to learn yet, but little by little I’m getting the hang of it. My big win today was being able to play an Adele song to the end!
I still have a lot to learn but this feels pretty big to me! I’m only 13 and now I feel I can learn so much more and grow as a pianist thanks to Stephen and this wonderful program. 💛

This experience has helped me learn to love the piano again. I have little piano experience and it was all about the technical how to play. While this shows in simple ways and to put emotions into the music. Stephen is an excellent teacher. It was fantastic to actually feel how to put emotions into music with passion and enjoyment rather then boring technical way.

What made my experience great for this Easy Piano in Five Days course was the Ridley Academy and the wonderful personal hands on instruction provided by an extremely talented group of professionals including the exceptionaly talented Stephen Ridley.
I have dreamed of playing the piano again since I was twelve years old.
My wife has listened to me say a thousand times if only I had an opportunity to take lessons or study.
Well that unexpected opportunity came with a highly energized
commercial which led to the return of enjoyment in learning how to play and understand what this wonderful instrument is all about. As my dad always said, you need to start at the beginning son... With the Ridley Academy you start with understanding what this magical instrument is all about...and I promise you there is no on person better at teaching than Stephen Ridley.
