Excellent!!! Great team of reliable guys who got on with the job from day 1 right through until it was finished (which was within the time they had stated). Kept me informed of progress and what they were doing all the way and readily answered any questions throughout. I couldn't have wished for a better team of guys for the job and it was a pleasure to have them working here! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any sort of professional roofing work be it small or large.

This was a very positive experience in respect of prompt response to enquiry, initial visit of Bill and quality of workmanship and respect for the property. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. It was an excellent customer experience and I would happily recommend the company to others.

A large part of choosing any service provider is checking back on reviews. Reading through Ridgecare reviews its as if they just get better and better with every job. I could understand if readers take them with a pinch of salt however my experience with Bill and his phenomenal team was above and beyond. After a year of faffing around with another roofing firm and the botched job they left, Ridgecare stepped right up and did exactly what it says on the box. From the initial ( and extremely fast) video inspection of what was required,through the detailed and very accurate estimate and scope and onto the start and completion date,they were the most professional service provider I have experienced in a very very long time. The quality and attention paid to the finished job, ( a complete flat roof extention strip and relaying) plus Bill's taking the time and effort to scope out. Price, and complete some badly needed tiling work on the main roof and chimney renovation after years of neglect,it was a joy to work with Ridgecare from start to finish. Being an absent landlord I needes reassurance every step of the way and I git it with frequent videos, voice recordings and photos explaining what where and when, works were being done.communication with this company is exemplary and I would not hesitate recommending their proffesionalism and perfectionist approach to workmanship to anyone neesing roofing services. They got the job done in the time they said they would. Their craftsmanship was a revelation when compared to the previous firm, but to Ridge Care they felt they just did it they way it was supposed to be done.

Ridgecare roofing saved us!

We were having an extension on our house, and at the same time, replacing the roof on the entirety of the property. We had a price and plan agreed with another company, but after stripping the roof, leaving us exposed to the elements, they let us down. Bill and his team at Ridgecare saved the day, and half of our property! They moved their schedule around and even came on the weekends to fit us in, we agreed a price and they have done everything they promised and more. They worked long days to meet the deadlines and to prevent further damage and have been reliable and trustworthy. The work they have done is beautiful and very good quality. I could not recommend this company enough, and cannot thank them enough either. Will always be using them and always recommending them in the future.

Job was to repair a bodge carried out by previous cowboy to refit fascia/soffit, realign gutter and repair all leaks

Had 3 quotes all roughly the same price but Ridgecare were much more specific and detailed about the work which made a big difference.

Needed a roof leak fixing urgently, Bill and John came straight round and sorted within the hour (in the rain). Would highly recommend and would use for any future work. Both Bill and John were absolute gentleman, honest, trustworthy and all in all great guys.

Bill Clark showed me the repairs needed on the outside of my roof and accompanied me into the loft space to access the roof lining. I received a quote and a full schedule of works to be done. Works were completed in a timely fashion and all rubbish removed. A great job done by a friendly and professional company. I am a very happy girl.

Bill, John and the other guys have been most professional from the word go, being always on time. I needed a new roof as the old one was in a very poor state. They clearly explained what they were going to do, produced and estimate and finished the work on time and within budget. I couldn't be happier with the result and thoroughly recommend Ridgecareroofing to anyone.

I was very happy with the service from Ridgecare, in particular as they were able to help and fix the job at short notice. The problem was identified straight away, all explained and fixed with a summary of the job during and after it had been completed.

Fantastic professional service. We required ridge tiles and roof tiles replacement and flashing repairs to the chimney. From quote to invoice everything was handled quickly and professionally with photos and video of before and after. Bill completed all the work quickly and efficiently taking a huge pride in his work. Recently used Bill and his team for ridge work on our garages. Bill spent over 40 mins discussing the project and showing me in detail how the tiles would be secured. The team arrived promptly every day and always made sure the site was left very tidy and clean. They worked hard throughout 4 days with hardly any breaks. Bill takes huge pride in his work and was a pleasure to deal with. A bonus is that any questions during the evening are answered very promptly. A top man, lovely personality and highly recommended.

In this age when so many "tradesmen" should be wearing ten-gallon stetsons and spurs Bill is a remarkable exception. He ticks ALL the boxes - fair pricing, excellent workmanship, hard working, cheerful, punctual, maintains good communication ...........
I would never contemplate using anyone else - low quotes can be treacherous.

Company provided and fitted bird protection for solar panels.these were not fit for purpose.
6 months latter had pigeons nesting under solar panels
Contacted company who were not interested in sorting the problem out and suggest replace with more expensive product wanting even more money.

Quick response and repair time. Friendly and a great job done would definitely recommend no problems and great service.

They did an excellent job on the roof - very quick and efficient as it was an emergency. Good price, completed the job when they said they would and also, really nice and clear with their advice.
