The guys at Ridgecare Roofing went the extra mile for me, totally renewing a valley and flashing around the chimney stack, fitting my job in around an already heavy workload.
They kept me informed of progress and took photos of the work. Jonny and Freddy were a great team, courteous and tidy

Ridgecare roofing redid the clay peg & tile corner of our garage building back in March as it needed to be repaired before a house sale. They were very professional, friendly and experienced and got the job done well in a short time frame. Excellent communication and work. Very grateful, thanks.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Recommended by a neighbour, made contact with Bill, attained an immediate response. John attended completed his assessment of our property roof, Within 24hrs, scaffolding prepared and roofing commenced over two days. Work completed by John and Aston. I was kept updated by John regularly as the repairs were happening and Bill would regularly telephone me checking I was happy with progress. The work completed was excellent. From a customer service experience, I can only congratulate all involved with Ridgecare Roofing who provided an excellent service, particularly Customer Care. Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. Following the bad weather we needed some repairs to our flat roof and guttering and having seen other reviews I contacted Bill at Ridgecare Roofing. He organised for John to come round the next day and the scope of work was agreed. Super easy to communicate with as well to arrange repairs which took place today. Really pleased with the work, attention to detail, time taken to fully tidy up and were also very considerate of noise due to me working from home. Overall I would highly recommend.

Ridgecare have done 2 jobs for us; roof ventilation to ease condensation and relining of box gutter between 2 roofs.They have been brilliant. Excellent prompt communication with Bill.Written quotes prior to starting work and invoice on completion. John came up with a great solution for securing our Sky dish once box gutter was completed - even Sky engineers commented that it was the best roof fixing for a dish they have ever seen.The whole team have been courteous, polite and professional.Cannot fault;super guys.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Having noticed an issue in the roof over the weekend, the Ridgecare team were round first thing the next day to fix the issue. They were reliable, polite and kept me updated throughout the process by showing me before and after pictures. All the work was completed in a timely manor, with limited disruption, for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work completed.

Initially called them out for an emergency roof repair. We’d had three different roofers round to give their opinion on the source of the leak and none found it. John and Bill spent ages looking for the leak, found it and repaired it on the spot. No issues since! We then got them in for a larger job. They were honest, fair and consistently went the extra-mile. Always easy to contact and open about the situation. It’s very hard to find roofers that are trustworthy these days, but these guys genuinely do fit the bill. Thanks a lot and highly recommend.

Great people, work done very quickly and to great standard

Needed a leaking fake brick chimney taken down and that area of the roof made good and re-tiled on a tall 3 storey town house. Emailed Ridgecare via their website and they visited the same day to assess the work required. They then sent a detailed quote through via email the next day with the most competitive price. Got the job booked in and they were able to carry out the works even sooner than expected. Job took a couple of days with zero disruption to us or the neighbours. They took detailed photos of the work carried out which really helped us see what had been done. They then sent through the final invoice. Very professional, excellent, prompt communication and excellent service. 5 stars. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ridgecare.

Professional team of reliable guys. Kept us informed of progress with photos/videos of what they were doing all the way and readily answered any questions throughout. It's the 2nd time we have used them!
