Riderly let the rental company take…

Riderly let the rental company take your complete deposit of 2000 euros per bike during 6 weeks!!;
Yes, it is in the signed contract but nobody orally, tell you that the money is taken, instead of just being blocked during 6 WEEKS!!
Why do I have to wait 6 weeks before being refunded?? . .no answer. ..my answer: because Riderly and the rental company KHL Moto Travel has earned money with this practice but this block my credit card during 5 week!! And Riderly does not care!!. In addition, 2x 42 euros taken for the exchange rate.
Riderly and KHL Moto Travel : never rent anything from these companies!!

En Bulgarie, il est plus courant de facturer la totalité de la caution plutôt que de placer une retenue sur la carte en raison des réglementations et pratiques bancaires locales, ainsi que des facteurs liés à votre banque émettrice. Cela peut rendre une facturation complète et un remboursement ultérieur plus faisables qu'une simple retenue.

Veuillez noter que le contrat de location indiquait clairement, et que le personnel local a expliqué, que les cautions peuvent prendre jusqu'à 30 jours ouvrables pour être remboursées, un délai qui a été respecté. Bien que cela soit à l'extrémité supérieure, cela reste conforme aux normes de l'industrie pour certaines régions. Nous nous efforçons de garantir que tous les termes et conditions soient clairs, transparents et accessibles à tout moment.

Tout au long de ce processus, nous avons travaillé avec diligence avec vous pour garantir la protection de vos droits, et nous continuerons à le faire concernant les frais de 42 EUR encourus. This is my first experience using…

This is my first experience using riderly. I’ve booked my moto rental about 6 month in advance so I have yet to actually give a full end to end review. However, I have extremely high hopes given the great staff. I had concerns with my booking and a plethora of questions. The folks on the support team responded proactively with little to no lag. They contacted the local rental offices on by behalf and helped arrange specific requests for me given my circumstance.

I mostly interacted with Jasmin, but I also chatted with Manuelle. Both were absolutely fantastic and proactive. So far, I highly recommend riderly to anyone looking to rent a moto. Maybe I’ll come back for a second review once I actually complete my booking :)

Easy online rental process and great scooter

Easy online rental process and the agent on the island made it an enjoyable experience. Scooter was perfect for two and allowed us to explore for days. Would rent from Riderly again and would recommend.

Después de poner la reseña se puso en contacto conmigo Lucas del equipo de Riderly, su atencion fue rapida y profesional, preocupandose por el mal servicio recibido, destacar que Jota Cafe fueron los que alquilaban la moto a través de Riderly y los que me dieron el servicio pésimo, pasaré a poner 3 estrellas en vez de 1 ya que la responsabilidad de quienes se anuncian en su web es de Riderly, al menos le daré una nueva oportunidad en algún momento y actualizaré la reseña cuando llegue el momento.

[RESEÑA ORIGINAL]
Alquilé una moto en Mallorca para moverme por la isla y, en principio, el servicio fue perfecto: moto en buen estado, fácil de recoger y devolver. Todo parecía ir genial… hasta que llegó el momento del dinero.

Primero me cobraron de más y tuve que reclamar una devolución de apenas 8 €. Después, la fianza: más de 10 días esperando y teniendo que escribirles varias veces por WhatsApp para que se dignaran a responder. Cada vez una excusa distinta, y la sensación constante de que tenía que estar detrás de ellos como si fueran niños pequeños para que cumplieran con lo básico.

Una pena, porque el servicio podría ser excelente, pero la atención postventa es un desastre. No volveré a contratarlo.

I rented a Yamaha Kodiak 450 (quad)…

I rented a Yamaha Kodiak 450 (quad) from Green Expeditions Ometepe and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and clearly explained everything before the ride. The quad ran perfectly and handled Ometepe’s rough roads and heavy rain with no problem — I was really glad I chose it over a motorcycle. Highly recommend both Green Expeditions and renting a quad if you’re exploring Ometepe!

Tuvimos un problema con el…

Tuvimos un problema con el concesionario de alquiler en Napoli dado que nos cobraron un exceso del precio acordado y Riderly asumió el problema y se hizo cargo de la diferencia. Pessimo, complicatissimo, scortesissimo

1. A Nizza, non esisteva un negozio fisico, e non avevano avvisato.
2. Le istruzioni per trovare lo scooter dentro un parcheggio, trovare le chiavi e i caschi dentro ad armadietti, erano complicatissime e le mandano solo due ore prima via email.
3. Il servizio clienti risponde solo su WhatsApp ed è stato scortesissimo.
4. Lo scooter non era quello prenotato, i caschi e i guanti erano di pessima qualità, e con le misure ti devi accontentare. Il peggior noleggio della mia vita dopo quello di Palermo.
Ho in seguito aggiunto una stella perché mi hanno interamente rimborsato, anche se non lo avevo chiesto. Almeno dopo la recensione si sono impegnati seriamente.

Ci impegniamo per offrire ogni volta un'esperienza fluida e a 5 stelle, e qualsiasi cosa al di sotto di questo standard non è per noi accettabile.

Un membro senior del nostro team Escalations ha già contattato direttamente il fornitore del servizio di noleggio per indagare e capire cosa sia andato storto.

Vorremmo anche chiarire che molti fornitori di servizi di noleggio stanno adottando sempre più spesso procedure di consegna senza contatto o check-in automatici. Questo metodo consente ai clienti di ritirare il veicolo o l'alloggio senza interagire direttamente di persona, spesso ricevendo istruzioni in anticipo (ad esempio dove si trovano le chiavi, i codici delle cassette di sicurezza o i punti di incontro).

Sebbene questo approccio abbia lo scopo di aggiungere flessibilità e comodità, comprendiamo che a volte può sembrare poco chiaro o impersonale se non comunicato correttamente, aspetto che affronteremo attentamente con il fornitore.

Vi assicuriamo che prendiamo sul serio tutti i feedback, in particolare quando evidenziano aree in cui la comunicazione, il servizio o l'esperienza complessiva possono essere migliorati.

Vi terremo aggiornati man mano che la nostra indagine prosegue e rimarremo in contatto diretto per garantire che la questione venga risolta in modo equo.

Noleggio scooter Malaga

Abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter 400 a Malaga. L’esperienza è stata più che fantastica! Ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa scrivevo a Danius, il quale rispondeva sempre in modo tempestivo a qualsiasi orari. Ci ha portato lo scooter direttamente dall’appartamento ed è venuto a riprenderlo nello stesso punto.

I had a great experience with Riderly.com and would absolutely recommend using their platform for booking scooter rentals.

When I had issues with the rental company—especially around the handling of a security deposit after a theft—Riderly's support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They followed up on my behalf, ensured I got answers, and helped clarify the situation when the rental company was no longer communicating properly.

It made a huge difference knowing there was a reliable third party I could turn to. Without Riderly, I would have been left completely on my own.

The booking process itself was smooth, the interface is user-friendly, and I appreciated the transparency and support throughout the entire experience.

Highly recommended—great service and peace of mind. I will definitely book through Riderly again!
