The whole team was really friendly dealt with Adian to begin with who was great at putting our minds at ease and helping with changing motability cars. Then to finish deal off we dealth with a lovely lady called Sarah who kept us up to date with regards of when can pick up our new car. The nice man who help sell us the cleaning products wasn't to pushy but informed us of the benefits of having the cleaning kit! The manager was also friendly and was bout to help the team with any issues that may have arisen but allowed his team to do a great job. Nothing was too much for them and really made you feel welcomed- not like some who can make you feel uncomfortable especially if your a motability customer they treated you the same as if you was a paying customer which makes you feel valued! Will definitely be renewing when can! Well done everyone that helped us get the right car. The only thing that would've made it a 5 star is would've been nice to been asked if we wanted to test drive it [if I'd thought at time I'm sure they would've!] But apart from that 10 out of 10 =]

We received a first class service from Aidan. He was open, decent and trustworthy in the negotiation, and provided a very high level of service, including picking me up from Bognor Regis station, attending efficiently to all paperwork and making sure throughout by listening that he was providing a high level of service. The car I purchased was clean and well-presented.

Sarah McCarthy was helpful and professional from the time we first met her through till when we took possession of our used car. Every query was answered including those we hadn't got around to asking. The process these days is so complicated with various documents needing to be completed and provided to the customer and everything went very smoothly. Your team at the new site at Richmond Skoda Bognor are working well together in a well organised sales environment. A would not hesitate to recommend Richmond Skoda and Sarah if friends expressed an interest in a new or used car.

My wife & I visited the showroom and were received by Jordan, Robin and Sarah. At time of visit we were open to car type but upon inspecting a vRS on the forecourt I was open to a deal.
Initially Jordan and then Robin and his team looked after us with Sarah concluding post sale paperwork on 11/9.

I went into the Skoda show room to buy my first car and the team were really helpful (Aidan, Sandeep, Robin). They were patient with me whilst I was figuring out what I wanted in a car and gave me as much information as possible, to make the right decision. Aidan was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process a smooth one. He also completed a follow-up call after I had bought the car, to make sure there were no issues.

We were in the market to replace a second car and ended up buying a pre owned Skoda Karoq which we both love. The car was well prepared and presented and feels new. Sarah McCarthy was excellent - positive and helpful at all times and guided us very capably through the process of looking at what would best suit our needs. We didn't expect to be able to take ownership of a new car in 4 days flat and are grateful to Sarah for making this possible.

We saw a car we liked on Richmonds website so drove to Bognor to see it, Aidan was busy but stopped to see if we needed any help this was the start of buying a new car. He was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the car, He then arranged for me to do a test drive that afternoon, l decided to buy the car at this point and Sandeep the manager arranged a satisfactory price for my own car and a good package for the new car. I was very impressed with the service and friendly way I was treated I would recommend Richmond Skoda to friends, The car is great all in all a very satisfied customer.

My Husband recently bought a Skoda Octavia from Skoda Bognor Regis.
We were left in the very capable hands of Salesperson Sarah McCarthy. She showed us the car all of the features and could not have been more helpful.
When it came to the purchase of the car she explained all the options we had in detail and it made the sale so easy.

My visit to Richmond Skoda was spontaneous with no real goal in mind, because I needed a new car but wasn't in any rush.
However, when I got there things fell into place very quickly!
Sarah made me feel very welcome, and with her great help and expertise we were able to have a car that suited my budget and personal preferences sorted within the same day of my visit!
The handover process was also very smooth. This was again thanks to Sarah who had everything needed prior to the handover sorted, so that I only had to do the general signing of paperwork on the day!
